What we do
Chysty Kit has been working in Kyiv since 2016. We clean flats, private houses, offices and commercial premises, handle post-renovation cleaning and do on-site dry cleaning of upholstery and carpets. All prices are fixed: the amount is calculated before the visit and does not change on site, and there is no prepayment.
Home cleaning
- Flat cleaning — from UAH 1,950: kitchen, bathrooms, rooms, floors and rubbish removal;
- House and cottage cleaning — from UAH 2,340, including the staircase and terrace;
- Post-renovation cleaning — UAH 150 per square metre, completed in one day;
- Deep kitchen cleaning — UAH 3,499, with appliances cleaned inside;
- Window cleaning — UAH 350 per window, UAH 499 after a renovation.
Upholstery and carpet cleaning
We work at your home with professional Kärcher extractors: the solution is sprayed into the fabric and drawn straight back out with the dirt. A sofa costs from UAH 1,600, a corner sofa from UAH 1,999, an armchair UAH 545, chairs UAH 299, a mattress from UAH 999, and rugs or carpeting UAH 130 per square metre. The minimum order is UAH 1,399.
For business
Office cleaning starts at UAH 1,950 for premises up to 40 m²; above 100 m² it is UAH 30 per square metre. We work outside office hours under a written contract, with an invoice and an act of services rendered once a month.
Extra items
Any cleaning can include the oven (UAH 550), the hood (UAH 399), the fridge (UAH 550), the microwave (UAH 299), the inside of kitchen cabinets (UAH 900), the balcony (UAH 299), a walk-in wardrobe (UAH 350), ironing (UAH 450 per hour), dishwashing (UAH 399 per hour) or an extra hour of work (UAH 499).
How to book
Use the calculator: rooms, bathrooms, the items you need and a date, and you see the total straight away. Payment is after the work, by card or in cash. The promo code START gives 15 % off your first booking, and a regular schedule gives a standing discount of up to 15 %.
