Before the holidays everyone books cleaning at once, and that is the only real difficulty. The price in December is the same as in March: UAH 1,950 for a one-room flat, 2,400 for two rooms. What changes is availability — by mid-month there is nothing free left for 29–31 December.
When to book
Two weeks ahead for the last week of December. Three or four days ahead for any date up to 25 December. The most convenient window is 26–28 December: the flat is clean in time for the table and slots still exist.
After the holidays the busiest days are 2–5 January: that is cleaning after guests, and it is booked in advance too.

What is worth adding
Windows (UAH 350 each) — there is little daylight in winter, and clean glass changes a room noticeably. The oven inside (550) before it is used for cooking rather than after. Kitchen cabinets inside (900) and the fridge (550) if guests are staying over.
Sofa cleaning (from 1,600) and carpet (130 per square metre) are done three or four days before the gathering: the fabric dries for four to eight hours, which is inconvenient on the day guests arrive.
Cleaning after the holidays
The list is different: the kitchen with the hob and oven after cooking, the floor, a carpet with drink stains, dishes and a much larger volume of rubbish. The most common January item is sofa cleaning — fresh wine and food stains come out almost always if you do not wait a month.
The tree and the decorations
Needles from a real tree are collected with a wet vacuum — this is the case where an ordinary one clogs within five minutes. Taking down lights, dismantling the tree and packing decorations are not ours: that is not cleaning, and it needs your decisions about what goes where.
How long to allow in December
Pre-holiday cleaning is almost always a deep clean rather than a maintenance one: four to five hours for a one-room flat, six to seven for two rooms. If you book 30 December expecting two hours, that is unrealistic, and the manager says so before the booking rather than after.
Guests staying over
If relatives are coming, it is worth adding mattress cleaning in the guest room — UAH 999 for one side. A mattress slept on twice a year looks clean, but its condition is closer to how it was left last time.
Working over the holidays
We work until midday on 31 December and not at all on 1 January. From 2 January the schedule is normal. Worth knowing if you are planning a cleaning "for tomorrow".
A cleaning as a gift
Cleaning can be given as a gift certificate: the amount sits on the recipient's account and they choose the date themselves. It is the usual route for people who want to help parents or friends but do not know when it suits them.
