One window costs UAH 350, and that price covers more than the glass. The cleaner washes the glass on both sides, the frame around the perimeter, the beading, the sill, the seal and the fittings, and clears the drainage holes at the bottom of the profile — the ones that let water inside in winter when dust has blocked them.
How a window is counted
- two sashes that do not reach the floor — one window;
- a single floor-to-ceiling sash — one window;
- a balcony door together with its window — one window;
- a glazed balcony — by section, every two sashes making one window;
- a window with film or tape after renovation — UAH 499.
An old wooden frame with two rows of sashes counts as two windows: twice the glass and twice the work. The sum is fixed before the visit and is not revised on site.

How long it takes
An ordinary window takes 15 to 20 minutes, an old wooden one up to half an hour. A flat with four windows and a balcony door comes to roughly two hours. With more than six windows the manager may send two cleaners, and the price does not change.
The outside
We wash it wherever it can be reached safely from within: tilt-and-turn sashes open inwards, so the outer pane is within reach without risk. Fixed sections above the second floor are not washed from outside — that is rope-access work with different certification.
On the first and second floors the outside is covered by the same UAH 350; there is no surcharge for it.
The best time to wash
The worst time is a sunny summer day: the product dries on the glass faster than the cleaner can wipe it off, and streaks stay behind. The best is overcast weather or the morning. In winter we work down to minus five: below that the water freezes on the glass and the job loses its point.
Twice a year is the usual rhythm for a flat — in spring after a winter of road salt and in autumn after the summer dust. For windows facing an avenue or a building site, more often makes sense.
What people add
Balcony cleaning costs UAH 299; the mosquito screen is taken off and washed together with the window at no extra charge. If the ceilings are high and the windows cannot be reached from the floor, a stepladder is needed: the cleaner does not always carry one, and ordering it costs UAH 699.
If you are not at home
Leave the keys with the concierge or a neighbour, or order key delivery — collection before the work and return afterwards costs UAH 499. The cleaner sends a message when the job is closed and you accept the work from photographs; if anything is wrong, we come back within a day at no charge.
What we do not do
We do not wash windows from outside above the second floor, do not remove glazing units, do not repair fittings and do not adjust sashes. Scratches, misting between panes and salt marks that have etched into the glass cannot be washed away — the cleaner says so before starting.
