Tidying up the rooms

Cleaning and tidying are different things. Cleaning is dust, floors and surfaces; tidying is putting things back where they belong. We do both, but the second needs your rules.

Basic room cleaning is included in the standard price from UAH 1,950: dust from every open surface including the tops of wardrobes, mirrors, doors, switches, skirting boards and the floor in corners and under light furniture.

What the cleaner does with your things

Folds scattered clothes into piles, makes the bed, lines up shoes, collects toys into their boxes, straightens cushions and throws. The cleaner does not sort your belongings into cupboards and does not decide what to throw away.

If a wardrobe needs sorting out, that is a separate item — cleaning inside the wardrobe for UAH 399, or a walk-in wardrobe for UAH 350.

How to get the result you want

Say in advance where things should go, which surfaces not to touch and whether the nursery can be entered during a nap. One line in the booking comment saves both sides half an hour.

What people add

Most often windows (UAH 350), rug cleaning (UAH 130 per square metre) and mattress cleaning (from UAH 999). On a regular schedule tidiness is easier to keep: weekly cleaning gives 15 % off and the cleaner already knows your rules.

What we do not move

Tidying is cleaning, not sorting out belongings. The cleaner wipes surfaces, gathers what is scattered in plain sight into neat piles and returns items to their places where those places are obvious. They do not decide what to throw away, do not go through wardrobes and do not sort documents: those are the owner's decisions.

If it is sorting you need — a wardrobe, a store room, a balcony — that is hourly work at UAH 499, done either with you or from your list.

How long it takes

A room with dust on open surfaces and a floor takes forty minutes. A room where things cover every horizontal surface takes up to an hour and a half, because the cleaner first clears the surface, then wipes it and puts everything back.

So the cheapest way to save on a cleaning is to clear from the tables and sills everything that already has a place of its own.
