Maintenance cleaning is the same cleaning, only on a schedule. The scope of each visit is identical: kitchen, bathrooms, floors in every room, dust from open surfaces, mirrors, rubbish removal. The difference is not in the list of tasks but in the fact that dirt never accumulates, so every visit after the first goes faster.
Price and the regularity discount
- one-room flat — from UAH 1,950;
- two-room flat — from UAH 2,400;
- three-room flat — from UAH 2,850;
- each additional bathroom — UAH 550.
The discount follows the frequency: 5 % for monthly, 10 % for twice a month and 15 % for weekly cleaning. It applies from the first visit rather than after the third, and it survives a skipped visit.

What each visit covers
Kitchen — surfaces, backsplash, sink, the outside of appliances, the hob; bathrooms — fixtures, tiling, mirrors, floor; rooms — dust from open surfaces, mirrors, floors including the corners; the hallway; rubbish removal with new bin liners.
The inside of the oven, hood, fridge and kitchen cabinets is not part of maintenance cleaning — those belong to a deep clean, and ordering them weekly makes no sense. They are added separately once a quarter or every six months.
How it differs from a deep clean
A deep clean goes top-down and inwards: tops of wardrobes, light fittings, radiators, the inside of appliances, the floor under the furniture. It takes six to ten hours. Maintenance cleaning works horizontally: two to three hours for a two-room flat. The usual pattern is a deep clean to start, maintenance on a schedule after that, and another deep clean every six months.
An assigned cleaner
A recurring schedule gets one assigned person. They learn the layout, the flooring, where the appliances are and what must not be touched — once — and after that every visit runs without explanations. If the cleaner falls ill, the manager warns you in advance and sends a replacement rather than cancelling.
Keys can be left with us or delivered for UAH 499, so you do not have to be at home during the cleaning.
How long a visit takes
A one-room flat on a schedule takes an hour and a half to two hours, a two-room flat two to three, a three-room flat three to four. The first visit is always an hour longer: the cleaner is learning the flat, and the dirt in it did not accumulate in a week. From the second visit the timing settles.
Changing or skipping a visit
The date of each visit is visible in your account, where it can also be moved or cancelled. Skipping one visit cancels neither the schedule nor the discount. If you are away for a month, the schedule is paused without penalty.
