How the work is done
Every seat is vacuumed, treated with a solution and extracted with a Kärcher machine using an upholstery nozzle. A chair takes ten to fifteen minutes, an armchair up to twenty. The fabric stays damp for four to eight hours: no sitting, but the room stays usable.
The cleaner tests a hidden patch first. Wooden and metal parts are wiped dry so that no marks are left behind.
When to clean
Kitchen chairs every six months, because the grease film keeps building. Living-room armchairs once a year. Office chairs once a quarter in a coworking space and twice a year in a normal office, where one seat serves one person and the fabric wears more slowly.
