Where these reviews come from
After every cleaning the client receives a link to rate the work. We do not invent reviews and do not edit their text: what appears here are 4- and 5-star ratings with a comment that the client agreed to publish. Lower ratings do not disappear either — they go to a manager who deals with the situation.
What to look for
The most useful reviews are specific: the district, the type of cleaning, the cleaner's name and what exactly was done well. A name that keeps coming up means that person is requested again — which is how assigning a regular cleaner works here.
Our Google and Facebook pages are open: they carry ratings too, including critical ones, and we reply to them.
If you were not happy
Write the same day or the next one with photos of the specific spots. If the cleaner missed something, the team returns and finishes the job free of charge; if the cleaning was poor overall, we refund it. Complaints are handled by a manager rather than by the cleaner who did the work, so the outcome does not depend on how a conversation in the flat went.
How to leave a review
Use the link in the email you receive after the cleaning, or write on our Google or social media page. If you want to thank a particular person, name them: ratings decide how many bookings a cleaner gets.
What our own numbers show
Besides the public platforms we keep internal ratings: after every cleaning the client receives a link and rates the visit from one to five stars. As of today there are 6,375 such ratings, the average is 4.81, and 94.8 % of them are four or five stars. 1,690 come with a written comment.
We do not curate those figures: the denominator includes every rated booking, ones and twos included. There are 147 of those, and a manager went through each one.
What happens to a bad rating
Anything below four goes straight to a manager rather than into the statistics. They contact the client the same day, find out what exactly went wrong, and in most cases we come back and finish the job at no charge within twenty-four hours.
If the problem is systematic — a cleaner rushing, skipping zones, not bringing the right chemistry — it affects their rating in the app and their access to bookings. A complaint without consequences is a complaint we did not hear.
