Kindergarten cleaning in Kyiv

We clean group rooms, bedrooms, play areas, cloakrooms, bathrooms and corridors in private kindergartens and development centres. The work is planned outside the hours when children are present — early in the morning or in the evening.

How it differs from an office

Products matter most. Where children touch everything and sit on the floor, we use gentle chemistry and rinse it off thoroughly, and where chemistry can be avoided we use a steam cleaner: small tables and chairs, handles, windowsills, gym mats.

The second difference is attention to small surfaces — switches, door and cupboard handles, rails, cot edges. Infection travels through those faster than through the floor.

What a visit covers

Floors in all rooms, tables and chairs, shelves and cupboards on the outside, mirrors and glass, bathrooms in full, and rubbish removal with new bin bags. We do not sort or wash toys one by one — that is the group staff's job — but the surfaces they stand on are cleaned.

Price and paperwork

The price follows the area: up to 40 m² costs UAH 1,950, up to 80 m² UAH 2,850, up to 100 m² UAH 3,299, and above that UAH 30 per square metre. A single classroom or group room is UAH 1,950. Companies work under a contract with a monthly invoice and act, and no prepayment.

When we come

After the children have gone: usually from seven in the evening or at weekends. We do not clean while children are present — that is a safety matter rather than a convenience one: the work involves chemicals, water on the floor and equipment with cables.

What a visit covers

Play rooms with floors and furniture at child height, bedrooms, bathrooms in full, cloakrooms with their lockers, corridors and stairs, mirrors and glass doors, and rubbish removal with new bin liners. Toys are wiped on the outside where that is agreed; disinfecting toys and tableware is done by the nursery's own staff under their own rules.

Documents

We work under a contract with the institution: an invoice and a service acceptance act once a month, payment by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral. Private nurseries usually prefer two or three visits a week with an assigned team that already knows the layout and the house rules.
