A flat between tenancies has to be ready for a viewing, not merely "generally clean": the next tenant looks precisely at the details left behind by the previous one. The price is standard — from UAH 1,950 — and an empty flat is cleaned faster.

What to check first

Kitchen: the oven, the hood, the backsplash, the insides of cabinets. Bathroom: limescale on taps and shower glass, tile joints, the WC. Then furniture marks on the floor, dust behind wardrobes, windows and sills.

These are separate items: oven UAH 550, hood UAH 399, fridge UAH 550, cabinets inside UAH 900, a window UAH 350, tile joints with a steam cleaner UAH 350.

What to do about the smell

Smell lives in textiles, not in the air. If a sofa, mattress or rug stayed in the flat, extraction is the fastest route: a sofa from UAH 1,600, a mattress from UAH 999, a rug at UAH 130 per square metre. Air fresheners only mask the problem for a few days.

After a long tenancy

When a flat has been rented for years without a deep clean, we price the work by the hour — UAH 499 — and agree it in advance from photos of the kitchen and bathroom. Landlords with several flats get one contract and a single monthly invoice.
