The Chysty Kit price list in Kyiv

We work at flat rates. The price is calculated before the visit, shown in the calculator before you confirm the booking, and does not change on site. There is no prepayment — you pay once the work is done.

What the main services cost

• flat cleaning — from UAH 1,950 (one room), UAH 2,400 (two rooms), UAH 2,850 (three rooms);
• private house cleaning — from UAH 2,340;
• post-renovation cleaning — UAH 150 per square metre;
• deep kitchen cleaning — UAH 3,499;
• window cleaning — UAH 350 per window, UAH 499 after a renovation;
• office cleaning — from UAH 1,950 for premises up to 40 m²;
• upholstery and carpet cleaning — from UAH 999, minimum order UAH 1,399.

How the price is built

The base amount for a flat comes from its rooms and bathrooms: a room is UAH 450, a bathroom UAH 550, the kitchen UAH 800 and the hallway UAH 150. That is why a one-room flat starts at UAH 1,950 and every further room adds UAH 450. Floor area does not enter the calculation: two flats of 60 m² differ in work by as many doors, corners and surfaces as they have.

For a private house the base amount carries a coefficient of 1.2 — the staircase, the entrance hall and utility rooms take extra time.

Discounts

The promo code START gives 15 % off your first booking. A regular schedule earns a standing discount: 15 % weekly, 10 % twice a month, 5 % monthly, applied from the first visit and with no contract. Loyalty points are credited for every completed booking and accumulate on top of the regularity discount.

When the price can change

In one case only — when the real scope differs from what was booked: a house instead of two rooms, nine windows instead of four. The manager then contacts you before the work starts and shows the new amount. Very neglected flats are priced by the hour from the start, agreed in advance from photos rather than in the middle of a visit.

How to pay

Payment comes after the cleaning, once you have accepted the work: by card through the link in your confirmation email, or in cash to the cleaner. Companies pay by bank transfer against an invoice with an act of services rendered. Cash payments carry no fiscal receipt under Ukrainian law; for card payments the payment provider's receipt, sent to your email, is the fiscal document.
