Homes
Flats of any size, from a studio to five rooms; private houses, cottages, townhouses and summer homes; rental flats between guests; places that have stood empty for a long time and flats after building work. The price follows the number of rooms and bathrooms: from UAH 1,950 for a flat and from UAH 2,340 for a house.
Single rooms
Sometimes only one area needs attention: the kitchen as a deep clean for UAH 3,499, a bathroom, a balcony or loggia for UAH 299, a walk-in wardrobe for UAH 350, the inside of a clothes wardrobe for UAH 399. These items can be added to an ordinary cleaning or booked on their own.
Commercial premises
Offices and coworkings, cafés and small venues, beauty salons, shops and showrooms, school classrooms and spaces after events. The price depends on area: up to 40 m² costs UAH 1,950, above 100 m² it is UAH 30 per square metre. We work under a contract and outside your working hours.
Upholstery, carpets and textiles
On-site dry cleaning at home or in the office: sofas from UAH 1,600, armchairs UAH 545, chairs UAH 299, mattresses from UAH 999, upholstered headboards UAH 899, rugs and carpeting UAH 130 per square metre. The minimum order is UAH 1,399.
What we don't do
We do not wash façades, pools or garages, do not work in gardens, do not remove construction debris, do not move heavy furniture and do not clean windows above the second floor from the outside. Curtains, duvets, clothes and leather furniture are outside our scope — they need a different technology.
If your case is unusual, describe it to the manager with photos: we will price it by the hour and give you a fixed amount before the booking.

What we do not do
We do not wash facades or windows from outside above the second floor, do not work in garages, gardens or pools, do not remove construction waste, do not move heavy furniture and do not handle biological waste. That is not a short list of exceptions but the boundary of the service, and we state it before the booking rather than on arrival.
