Summer house cleaning near Kyiv

We clean summer houses, cottages and country homes in Kyiv region — Brovary, Irpin, Vyshhorod, Bucha and Vyshneve are served with no travel surcharge. Prices start at UAH 2,340: it is the standard flat price with the private house coefficient of 1.2, which covers stairs, an entrance hall and utility rooms.

What makes it different

A house that has stood closed for a season collects a specific kind of dirt: dust on every horizontal surface, cobwebs in the corners, insects on the windowsills, damp smell in the bathroom and a fridge that was switched off. Add windows at UAH 350 each — after winter they are usually the first thing you notice.

For a large property a team of two or three cleaners comes, so the work is done in one day instead of stretching into the evening.

What we don't do outdoors

Terraces are swept and washed if they can be reached and the weather allows, but façades, pools, garages and gardens are outside our scope. Windows above the second floor are not cleaned from the outside.

How to book

Tell the manager the number of rooms and bathrooms, whether the house has been closed for the season and how many windows need washing. A few photos are enough for an exact quote; the amount is fixed before the visit and paid after the work.
