An office is handed over on Monday morning and the renovation finishes on Friday evening. That is the whole schedule: the cleaning fits into the weekend and there is usually nowhere to move it. So the main question here is not the price but whether the contractor removes the waste before the cleaners arrive.
What it costs
UAH 150 per square metre. A 200 m² floor is 30,000, an 80 m² unit 12,000. The minimum post-renovation order is UAH 3,000. A window after renovation costs 499 and an additional hour 499.
For companies we work under a contract: the invoice and the service acceptance act are issued with the same date as the completed work, and payment is by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral.

Night work
In business centres post-renovation cleaning usually runs at night or at the weekend: during the day another contractor is in the way and the building management restricts noisy work. Access and timing are agreed with security in advance, and the team gets a one-off pass with a list of names.
What is included
Construction dust from every surface, including the tops of partitions, ventilation ducts and cable trunking; traces of mortar, primer and paint from floors, tiling, glass and sanitary ware; stickers off the glazing and protective film off the frames; bathrooms in full; floors in several passes.
Furniture and equipment
If workstations are already installed, dust is removed from desks, pedestals, chairs and the outside of equipment. Unpacking, arranging furniture and connecting equipment are not ours — that is installation rather than cleaning.
Glass partitions
After renovation the partitions carry protective film, tape marks and splashes of primer. That is the longest single job in a modern office: the film comes off with a scraper, the primer with a blade over wet glass, and each section takes up to half an hour.
One pass or two
One is usually enough if the contractor removed the waste and cleared the rough dirt. If not, two are needed — a rough pass and a finishing one, each at UAH 150 per metre. The manager assesses that from photographs before signing rather than on site.
Handover to a tenant
If the space is being handed to a new tenant, a photo report is worth ordering: the cleaner photographs every zone after the work. It is a standard annex to the acceptance act and settles most questions about the condition of the premises.
How long it takes
A 200-square-metre floor means a team of four and a full night shift. A unit up to 80 square metres takes two cleaners and five to six hours. Dust settles again after renovation, so the final pass over the floor happens right at the end, before leaving.
