What a company gets
The corporate programme is a promo code for your employees. A person books a cleaning of their own flat on the website, enters the employer's code and gets a discount. For the company it is a benefit with no administration: no lists, no reimbursements, no accounting work.
Each partner company is assigned a dedicated manager who answers employees' questions and resolves disputes faster than the general call centre.
For international staff
We offer English-speaking support and an English version of the website, so relocated employees book on their own without a translator. That matters particularly for IT companies and representative offices bringing people to Kyiv.
Cleaning the office itself
Separately from the employee programme we service offices under a contract: up to 40 m² costs UAH 1,950, up to 100 m² UAH 3,299, and above that UAH 30 per square metre. Cleaning takes place outside working hours, the invoice and act are issued monthly, and there is no prepayment.
How to join
Send the manager the number of employees and the format you want — a discount code, cleanings paid by the company, or office servicing. We prepare the terms and the code within one or two working days. The programme works for teams of ten as well.
How to sign a company up
Send the manager the company name, roughly how many employees there are and a contact person. We create a promo code and send a short note to circulate internally — and that is where HR's involvement ends. No contracts, no payroll lists and no accounting on the company's side: the employee pays themselves, at a discount.
What it costs the company
Nothing. The discount comes from the cleaning company rather than the employer — no reimbursement, no separate settlements. For a business it is a zero-budget benefit that the employee sees immediately in the price of their booking.
What else the programme includes
A dedicated manager for your employees, English-language support for foreign staff, and priority slots for moving cleanings and corporate flats. If the company rents accommodation for employees, those bookings can run under a separate contract invoiced to the company.
