Office chair cleaning in Kyiv
An office chair is used eight hours a day, five days a week. Within a year the seat and back collect sweat, crumbs, coffee stains and dust, the fabric turns grey and starts to smell.
We clean chairs in your office: UAH 345 each, with a minimum order of UAH 1,399, so it pays to do several workstations at once.
How the work is done
The chair is vacuumed first, then a professional solution is sprayed into the fabric under pressure and a Kärcher extractor immediately draws it back out together with the dissolved dirt. This is not surface wiping: the dirt sits deep in the foam, and only extraction removes it.
We clean the seat, back, armrests and sides. The plastic, the base and the castors are wiped separately — they collect no less dirt than the upholstery.
How long it takes
One chair takes 15–20 minutes; ten chairs take about two to three hours. For large orders the team arrives with two machines so the work does not stretch across the whole day.
After cleaning the fabric stays damp for four to eight hours, which is why chairs are usually cleaned in the evening or on a Friday — they dry fully overnight or over the weekend.
What comes out and what does not
Fresh coffee, tea and food stains, grease from hands and general greying of the fabric come out almost every time. Old ink, paint, rust and sun-bleached patches only fade — we say so before the work starts, not afterwards.
Leather and faux-leather chairs are not cleaned by extraction: they need conditioning rather than water, otherwise the surface dries out and cracks.

Count the chairs and add the item in the calculator. Clients usually combine chairs with carpeting at UAH 130 per square metre and the sofa in the waiting area. For companies we provide a contract, an invoice and an act of services rendered, with no prepayment.
