Cleaning for a move

A move splits into two different jobs: cleaning the place you are leaving and preparing the one you are moving into. We do both — most often on the same day, while the flats are empty and nothing is in the way.

The price is the same as for a standard cleaning: one room from UAH 1,950, two from UAH 2,400, three from UAH 2,850. An empty flat is usually quicker than a lived-in one.

The flat you are leaving

Here what matters is the state in which the owner or the next tenants accept it: appliances inside, furniture marks on the floor, dust behind wardrobes, tiles and sanitary ware without limescale. The oven costs UAH 550, the fridge UAH 550, the hood UAH 399 and the inside of kitchen cabinets UAH 900.

The flat you are moving into

Before the furniture arrives it makes sense to wash what will be unreachable later: the floor under future furniture, the insides of cupboards, windows (UAH 350 each) and the bathroom. If the renovation has just finished, that is post-renovation cleaning at UAH 150 per square metre.

Planning the day

Book the cleaning for a time when the belongings are already out or not yet in — working around boxes takes longer and costs more. Keys can be collected or delivered for UAH 499, so you do not have to be there in person.
