House cleaning in Kyiv and the suburbs
A house is not cleaned like a flat, and the difference is not only its size. There are two or three floors with a staircase, several bathrooms, a large kitchen with an island, a terrace, a boiler room, an entrance hall and panoramic windows — plus the dust that comes in from the yard every day rather than once a week.
We clean private houses, cottages, townhouses and summer homes in Kyiv, as well as in Brovary, Irpin, Vyshhorod, Bucha and Vyshneve, with no travel surcharge. A team of two or three cleaners is sent to a large property so that the work is finished in one day instead of stretching into the evening.
How much house cleaning costs
The price is calculated from the number of rooms and bathrooms, exactly as for a flat, but with a private house coefficient of 1.2 — that covers the staircase, the extra doors, the hallway and the utility rooms a flat simply does not have. Prices start at UAH 2,340.
Everything else is added as separate items, so you pay only for what you need:
- a window — UAH 350 (glass on both sides, frame and sill);
- the oven inside — UAH 550, the hood — UAH 399, the fridge — UAH 550;
- the microwave — UAH 299, the inside of kitchen cabinets — UAH 900;
- an extra hour of work — UAH 499;
- key delivery after the cleaning — UAH 499.
The amount is fixed when you book and does not change on site. There is no prepayment: you pay once you have accepted the work.
What a standard cleaning includes
Kitchen — worktops, backsplash, sink, tap, the outside of units and appliances, the table and the floor along the skirting boards. Bathrooms — bath or shower, WC, basin, mirrors, tiles, shelves and taps with limescale. Rooms — dust from every open surface, including the tops of wardrobes, mirrors, doors, switches, skirting boards and the floor in corners and under light furniture.
The staircase is washed in full: steps, handrails and the corners underneath, which is where most of the dust in a house collects. The terrace and porch are swept and washed if they can be reached and the weather allows.
What we don't do
Cleaners do not move heavy furniture, wash the façade, the pool or the garage, and do not work in the garden. Windows above the second floor are not washed from the outside — that needs rope access. Construction debris is not taken away: after building work the contractor removes it first, and only then do we arrive for post-renovation cleaning at UAH 150 per square metre.
Regular house cleaning
A house is cheaper to maintain than to rescue: weekly cleaning gives a 15 % discount, twice a month 10 %, once a month 5 %. The discount applies from the first visit, with no contract and no commitment, and skipping one visit does not cancel the schedule.
On a regular schedule we assign the same cleaner, who already knows your house, its floor coverings, its appliances and your family's routines, so later visits go faster.

You can calculate the price in the website calculator: enter the number of rooms and bathrooms, add the items you need, and see the total before confirming anything. For a large house it is easier to send the manager a floor plan or a few photos in a messenger — you will get the exact number of hours and cleaners. The quote is free and commits you to nothing.
