We work at corporate parties, birthdays, presentations, receptions and off-site events in Kyiv. There are two formats: a cleaner on duty during the event, or a team that arrives once it is over.
The cleaner keeps the hall and bathrooms in order: clears used dishes from tables, wipes spills, watches the bins, refills paper and soap. This is charged by the hour at UAH 499.
For large venues we send two or three people: one covers the bathrooms while the others work the hall and the catering area.
We clear the rubbish, wash floors, tables, the bar area and bathrooms, collect dishes and take the bags out. If wine or food has stained upholstery or carpeting, it is extracted on the spot: carpeting at UAH 130 per square metre, a sofa from UAH 1,600, chairs at UAH 299 each.
Tell the manager the size of the venue, the number of guests, the start and finish times and whether there is access to water. If the hall has to be handed back to its owner by a specific hour, name that hour and we will calculate how many cleaners it takes to make it.
Companies get a contract, an invoice and an act of services rendered; we take no prepayment.
The cleaner works unobtrusively: tidying during breaks, taking out rubbish, keeping an eye on the bathroom and the coffee point, wiping spills as they happen. The number of people depends on the scale — one is enough for an event of up to fifty guests, larger ones need two.
The work is charged by the hour at UAH 499, because the volume cannot be known in advance. The sensible minimum to allow is three hours: an event is rarely shorter.
That is a separate booking with its own logic: floors, tables, dishes, a much larger volume of rubbish and often stains on the carpet and furniture. If wine was spilled, book upholstery cleaning for the next day — a fresh stain comes out almost always, a month-old one does not.
