For regular customers we are ready to provide discounts up to 30%. Regular seasonal dry cleaning of a carpet will cost from 35 UAH per square meter, sofas - from 320 UAH and office chairs from 30 UAH. We are ready to discuss the conditions.

Office cleaning

We wash windows and clean offices in Kiev. Approximate cleaning prices: up to 50 square meters - 500 UAH, up to 100 meters - 930 UAH, up to 200 meters - 1650 UAH.

There is a flexible system of discounts, we can start cleaning at any time and we guarantee that our employees will be punctual, neat, and the cleaning will be of high quality.

We will prepare a contract and will provide invoices once a month. Installment payment up to 30 days. Payment in cash and non-cash.

Corporate discounts and programs

No matter how many employees you have, we are ready to provide discounts and bonuses to your company and employees. This can be a corporate promotional code, a system of accumulating bonuses and free cleaning for employees, which will be paid by the company.

We will prepare the necessary documents, your manager will be able to see the number of monthly cleanings. We also offer bank transfer, deferred payment up to 30 days, and discounts up to 25%.

Corporate discounts and programs

We cater for large events in Kiev and corporate events of partner companies. Our employees will monitor the cleanliness and order, will be polite and accurate.

Who we work with

Offices and coworkings, cafés and small venues, beauty salons, shops and showrooms, corporate flats for staff and company guests, and properties managed by landlords. We cover Kyiv and the suburbs — Brovary, Irpin, Vyshhorod, Bucha and Vyshneve.

Prices

premises up to 40 m² — UAH 1,950;
up to 80 m² — UAH 2,850;
up to 100 m² — UAH 3,299;
above 100 m² — UAH 30 per square metre;
maintenance cleaning of an office up to 300 m² — UAH 5,299 per visit;
post-renovation cleaning — UAH 150 per square metre.

Window cleaning (UAH 350), office chair cleaning (UAH 345 each) and carpet cleaning (UAH 130 per square metre) are booked separately.

Paperwork and payment

Companies work under a written contract covering the schedule of visits, prices, payment terms and the responsibilities of both sides. Once a month we issue an invoice for all visits in the period together with an act of services rendered. Payment is by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral, and we ask for no prepayment.

Landlords and property managers can use one contract for several addresses: a single invoice with separate acts per address.

How the work is organised

Cleaning takes place outside working hours — early in the morning or in the evening. On a regular schedule we assign one cleaner who learns your keys, alarm codes and rules once. If they are ill or on holiday, the manager warns you in advance and sends a replacement.

Every visit is logged in the system: arrival and departure times, the checklist and photos of anything disputed. Damaged property is covered by the company's insurance fund.

For your employees

Partner companies receive corporate promo codes: employees book cleanings of their own flats at a discount using the company code. It works for teams of ten as well — just tell the manager.

How to start

Send the manager the floor area, the number of bathrooms and the schedule you want — that is enough for a quote. No site visit is needed: the price follows the area and the number of zones rather than an eyeball estimate. A proposal with a fixed sum arrives within one working day.

Then comes the contract, the first visit and an assigned cleaner. If something is wrong after the first cleaning, we redo it at no charge and only then issue the invoice.

What the contract sets out

The visit schedule with specific days, the scope of work by zone, the price per visit and how it may be revised, liability for damaged property and the termination terms. There is no minimum term: the contract can be ended with two weeks' notice and we charge no penalty for it.

Sector-specific cases

Cafés and food outlets are cleaned before opening, usually from six in the morning; beauty salons after the last client, with particular attention to mirrors and work surfaces; showrooms daily on the display glass and doors, because those lose their look within a day. Corporate flats are charged at the residential rate but invoiced to the company.
