Who we are
Chysty Kit is a cleaning service that has been working in Kyiv since 2016. We clean flats, private houses, offices and commercial premises, handle post-renovation cleaning and do on-site dry cleaning of upholstery and carpets. That comes to around a hundred post-renovation sites and thousands of ordinary cleanings every month.
Who comes to your home
Our cleaners are employed staff with contracts and verified documents, not casual workers found through classified ads. Everyone completes training before their first shift — cleaning standards, professional chemicals and equipment, safety — and works the first visit alongside a supervisor.
After every visit you leave a rating, and those ratings decide how many bookings a cleaner receives. If you like a particular person, you can request them every time, and most regular clients do.
How we handle money
The price is fixed and known before the visit: it is built from rooms, bathrooms and the items you choose yourself. It does not change on site, and there is no prepayment — you look at the result first and pay afterwards, by card or in cash.
Companies receive a contract, an invoice and an act of services rendered.
What happens when we get it wrong
The guarantee is straightforward: write within twenty-four hours with photos and we come back and finish the job free of charge; if the cleaning was poor overall, we refund it. Damaged property is covered by the company's insurance fund, so the matter is settled with the company rather than with the individual who held the mop.
We are equally straightforward about limits: yellowed enamel, worn laminate, darkened grout and years of limescale are not restored by cleaning. The cleaner says so before starting rather than after a complaint.
How we differ from a private cleaner
A private cleaner is cheaper on the first booking and more expensive in risk: no contract, no insurance, no replacement if they fall ill and nobody to talk to when something goes wrong. Behind every booking here stands a company: the sum is fixed before the visit, the work is insured, and a manager rather than the cleaner handles any dispute.
How long we have worked and what we do
Since 2016 in Kyiv. Cleaning of flats, private houses and cottages, offices and commercial premises, post-renovation cleaning, window washing and on-site upholstery and carpet cleaning. We also travel to Brovary, Irpin, Bucha, Vyshhorod, Vyshneve and Sofiivska Borshchahivka with no surcharge.
How the price works
The price follows the number of rooms and bathrooms rather than an estimate made on arrival. You see the sum in the calculator before confirming, and it is not revised on site. There is no prepayment: the work comes first, then payment by card or in cash.
