Office cleaning in Kyiv

We clean offices, coworkings, shops, showrooms and salons across Kyiv and the nearby towns. Work is done outside your working hours — early in the morning or in the evening — so that nobody types next to a vacuum cleaner, and the team arrives with all its own equipment and chemicals.

Prices

• up to 40 m² — UAH 1,950;
• up to 80 m² — UAH 2,850;
• up to 100 m² — UAH 3,299;
• above 100 m² — UAH 30 per square metre;
• maintenance cleaning up to 300 m² — UAH 5,299 per visit;
• an extra hour of work — UAH 499.

Window cleaning at UAH 350 per window, office chair cleaning at UAH 345 each and carpet cleaning at UAH 130 per square metre are booked separately — for most offices once a quarter is enough.

What is included

Workstations and desks, office equipment wiped on the outside, floors in rooms and corridors, the kitchen or coffee area with the sink and the outside of the dishwasher, bathrooms in full, mirrors, glass partitions and doors, and rubbish removal with new bin bags.

Post-renovation cleaning of an office is priced by area at UAH 150 per square metre and includes construction dust, mortar traces and film on the windows.

How a regular contract works

You choose the frequency — daily, three times a week, weekly — and we assign one cleaner to your office. Keys, alarm codes and your particular rules are learned once. If your cleaner is ill or on holiday, the manager warns you in advance and sends a replacement rather than leaving the office unattended.

Every visit is logged: arrival and departure times, the checklist and photos of anything disputed. Damaged property is covered by the company's insurance fund.

Paperwork

Companies work under a written contract with prices, the schedule and payment terms. Once a month we issue an invoice for all visits together with an act of services rendered; payment is by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral and no prepayment. Landlords and property managers can use one contract for several addresses, with a single invoice and separate acts.

Partner companies also receive corporate promo codes, so employees can book cleanings of their own flats at a discount. Tell the manager your area, the number of workstations and bathrooms and your preferred schedule, and you will have a quote the same day.
