We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time

The kitchen comes first and takes the longest: worktops, backsplash, sink and tap, the outside of units and appliances, the hob, the table, the bin and the floor along the skirting boards. In the bathroom: bath or shower cabin, WC, basin, mirrors, tiles, shelves, towel rail and the taps, where limescale needs a product left to work rather than a quick wipe.
In the rooms: dust from every open surface including the tops of wardrobes and the cornices, mirrors, doors, handles, switches, skirting boards, and the floor in the corners and under light furniture. Rubbish is taken out and the bin bags replaced.
The work follows a checklist, so the scope is identical on the first visit and on the twentieth, whichever cleaner comes.
A one-room flat starts at UAH 1,950, two rooms at UAH 2,400, three rooms at UAH 2,850; every extra bathroom adds UAH 550. The amount is built from the rooms and bathrooms, not from the floor area.
Anything deeper is a separate item you choose yourself: the oven inside UAH 550, the hood UAH 399, the fridge UAH 550, the microwave UAH 299, the inside of kitchen cabinets UAH 900, a window UAH 350, the balcony UAH 299, ironing UAH 450 per hour, an extra hour of work UAH 499.
A one-room flat takes about three to four hours, a two-room flat four to five. You do not have to stay at home — open the door at the start and go about your day, or leave the keys with the concierge; key delivery costs UAH 499. Products and equipment are ours, and you provide only water and electricity.
No prepayment. You look at the result first and pay afterwards, by card through the link in your confirmation email or in cash. If the cleaner missed something, write within twenty-four hours with photos and we return and finish the job free of charge; if the cleaning was poor overall, we refund it.
