FAQ

General questions

Questions in total: 13
How it works? Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?

No, you don't. Our cleaners arrive with everything the job needs: professional detergents, microfibre cloths, mops, scrapers for glass and a compact vacuum cleaner. You provide only water and electricity.

The supplies are professional Cleamen products made in the Czech Republic, with separate formulas for tiles, glass, bathroom limescale, wood and kitchen grease. Household spray bottles from the supermarket simply do not remove baked-on grease or mineral deposits, so we don't rely on them.

If you prefer your own products — because of an allergy, a delicate stone worktop or a coating with strict care instructions — leave them out on the kitchen counter and tell the cleaner. That is a common request and never a problem.

One exception is the vacuum cleaner. The compact model covers ordinary flats; if the place is large, has thick carpets or is a post-renovation job, a professional Kärcher vacuum is brought by car, and that option costs UAH 699 and is added when you book.

How it works? Do you clean in detached houses?

Yes. We clean detached houses, cottages, townhouses and summer homes in Kyiv and the surrounding towns, not only flats in apartment blocks.

The price is built the same way as for a flat: it depends on the number of rooms and bathrooms, plus the extras you choose — windows at UAH 350 each, oven UAH 550, hood UAH 399, fridge UAH 550, inside of the kitchen cabinets UAH 900. A house with several floors usually needs more time, so we send a team of two or three cleaners instead of one person.

What we don't do outdoors: terraces, garages, pools, façades and windows above the second floor from the outside. Those need equipment we don't carry.

For a house it helps to send a few photos or a floor plan with your request. The manager will confirm the number of hours in advance, so the team arrives with the right number of people and you get a fixed price before the visit.

How it works? Do you work only in Kyiv?

Kyiv is our main service area, but not the only one. We also take bookings in Brovary, Irpin, Vyshhorod, Bucha and Vyshneve, and there is no travel surcharge for those towns — the price is exactly the same as inside the city.

Within Kyiv we work in every district on both banks: Pechersk, Podil, Shevchenkivskyi, Holosiivskyi, Obolon, Solomianskyi, Darnytskyi, Desnianskyi, Dniprovskyi and Sviatoshynskyi.

For addresses further out, write to the manager before booking. Some locations we can serve if the visit is long enough to justify the trip; for others we will say so honestly instead of confirming and cancelling later.

Availability also differs by area: in central districts we can often send a cleaner the same day, while for the suburbs it is better to book a day ahead. Our other Ukrainian branch works in Lviv and is booked through a separate page.

Suburban addresses are worth booking together: if two neighbours order on the same day, the team covers both without a rush.

How it works? Who are your cleaners?

Our cleaners are employed staff, not anonymous freelancers found through classified ads. Everyone signs a contract, provides identity documents and completes training with a supervisor before the first visit.

We have been working since 2016 and have built a stable team along with a call centre and managers who handle every booking. That matters in practice: if something goes wrong, you talk to the company, not to the person who happened to hold the mop.

Training covers our checklist, professional chemicals and equipment, and safety — which products must never be mixed and which surfaces need a gentler approach. Cleaners who work on dry cleaning or post-renovation jobs go through additional training for those tools.

Ratings keep the standard up. After each visit you can score the work, and those scores decide how many bookings a cleaner receives. You can also request the same person again, and many clients in Kyiv have been booking one particular cleaner for years.

How it works? Can you bring my keys to me after the cleaning?

Yes, key delivery is a standard option and costs UAH 499. You don't have to take a day off or wait at home while the cleaning is done.

It works in both directions. We can collect the keys from you before the visit — at your office or another address in Kyiv — and bring them back once the work is finished, or simply deliver them to you afterwards if you left them with a neighbour or a concierge.

Add the option when you book and tell the manager the pick-up and drop-off addresses and the time window that suits you. The courier confirms each handover, so you always know where your keys are.

There are cheaper alternatives if you prefer: leave the keys with the building concierge, use a key safe, or meet the cleaner at the start and let them lock up. Whatever you choose, tell us in advance so the cleaner is not left standing at a closed door.

How it works? What if I am not happy with the quality of the cleaning?

Write to us the same day or the next one — by messenger, email or through the call centre — and attach photos of the specific spots rather than a general view of the room. Photos make it clear straight away whether something was missed or whether a mark simply cannot be removed by cleaning.

We answer on the day we receive the complaint. If the cleaner skipped something, the team comes back and finishes the job free of charge. If the cleaning was poor overall, we refund the payment.

Please contact us within twenty-four hours of the visit. After a week nobody can tell what the cleaner left behind and what appeared later, and the conversation becomes pointless for both sides.

It is worth separating dirt from wear. Yellowed enamel, scratched laminate, dark grout and years of limescale on a tap are not removed by an ordinary cleaning, and the cleaner warns you about that before starting work.

How it works? Do you offer deep cleaning?

We do, although we rarely use the words "deep cleaning" — every cleaning we do is thorough by default: kitchen, bathrooms, floors in all rooms, dust on open surfaces and taking out the rubbish.

What people usually mean by deep cleaning is that standard scope plus extra items: the oven inside for UAH 550, the hood for UAH 399, the fridge for UAH 550, a window for UAH 350, the inside of kitchen cabinets for UAH 900. You pick only what you actually need instead of paying for a package of eight items, half of which you don't use.

The base price starts at UAH 1,950 and depends on the number of rooms and bathrooms. You see the total in the calculator before confirming, and it does not change on site.

A flat that has stood empty for years is a different case: it is priced by the hour, with an extra hour at UAH 499. Send photos of the kitchen and bathroom so we can plan the time.

How it works? Can I order dry cleaning and apartment cleaning simultaneously?

Yes, and it is the most convenient way to book both. We have dedicated dry cleaning specialists, so one team cleans the flat while another works on the upholstery, and you open the door only once.

Dry cleaning covers sofas, armchairs, chairs, mattresses, upholstered beds, rugs and carpeting. It is done at your home with a professional Kärcher extractor: the fabric is treated, the dirt is drawn out with water and immediately extracted, and nothing is taken away to a workshop.

The minimum dry cleaning order is UAH 1,399, so small items are worth combining — chairs together with the sofa, a mattress together with the bed.

Plan the sequence when you book: upholstery is cleaned first, floors last, so the flat is not walked over after the floors are done. Furniture stays damp for four to eight hours afterwards, which is why an open window and a summer booking help it dry faster.

How it works? How do I cancel my order?

The easiest way is the confirmation email you receive right after booking: it contains direct links for payment, changes and cancellation, so you don't need to call anyone. The same booking is also visible in your personal account.

Cancelling or moving a visit is free up to twelve hours before the start. That is not a formality — the route for the next day is planned the evening before, and a last-minute cancellation means the cleaner has already set off while the slot could have gone to someone else.

If less than twelve hours are left, call the call centre or write to us in a messenger. We will try to move the booking to another time on the same day, which is almost always better than cancelling.

Card payments are refunded to the same card, with the timing set by your bank — usually up to seven days. There are no cancellation fees, and skipping one visit does not cancel a subscription or its discount.

How it works? How do I make a booking?

There are three ways: online through the calculator on the website, by phone through the call centre, or by writing to us on social media and in messengers.

Booking online takes a couple of minutes. You choose the number of rooms and bathrooms, add extras such as windows, the oven or the fridge, pick a date and a time window, and see the final price before confirming anything. A confirmation email follows immediately, with links to pay, change or cancel the visit.

If your case needs discussion — a house, a post-renovation job, a flat that stood empty for a long time — the manager will ask for a few photos of the kitchen and bathroom and quote a fixed price for the work.

No prepayment is required. You pay after the cleaning, in cash or by card, once you have seen the result. Same-day bookings are usually possible, and for weekends it is better to book a day or two ahead.

How it works? Do you have powerful vacuum cleaners?

Yes. Besides the compact vacuum cleaners the cleaners carry with them, we have professional Kärcher machines with far stronger suction, used for carpets, thick rugs, upholstery and construction dust.

There is one practical limit: the professional machine is heavy, so it is only delivered by car. If you want it on an ordinary cleaning, add the option when you book — it costs UAH 699 and the manager will assign a cleaner who drives.

For post-renovation cleaning you don't pay for it separately. Construction dust destroys household vacuums, so a professional machine with the right filters is included in that service by default.

Dry cleaning uses different equipment altogether: a Kärcher extractor that sprays the solution into the fabric and immediately draws the dirt back out with the water. That is what removes stains from a sofa or a mattress, while even the strongest vacuum only takes dust off the surface.

How it works? Why do you need a steam cleaner?

A steam cleaner reaches places where a cloth cannot do the job. Hot steam softens dirt in tile joints, around taps, in the seams of a shower tray and in the narrow gaps between kitchen units, so grime comes out instead of being pushed around.

We also use it where we prefer to avoid strong chemistry. Steam handles a highchair, a cot, a mattress surface, a bathroom seal or a hob without leaving any residue behind, which matters in a home with small children or pets.

It is not a universal tool, and we say so honestly. Steam is not used on parquet, laminate, unsealed wood or delicate coatings, because moisture and heat damage them.

Steam treatment is part of our standard cleaning where it is appropriate, so there is no separate line for it in the price list. If a particular spot in your flat worries you — the grout, the shower door, the sealant — point it out to the cleaner at the start of the visit.

How it works? Is it safe to let a cleaner into my home?

We have been working since 2016 and employ our cleaners directly. Every candidate goes through a document check, several interviews and trial cleanings alongside an experienced colleague — only after that do they take a booking on their own.

All staff sign a non-disclosure agreement: what they see in your home is not discussed with anyone. We are also responsible for your personal data — your address and phone number are never passed to third parties.

The work is insured: if something is damaged, the company covers it rather than the cleaner out of their own pocket. So in a disputed situation you have someone to talk to, and that conversation is with a manager rather than with the person who has just cleaned your flat.

One practical tip: put small valuables — jewellery, cash, documents — in a drawer before the cleaner arrives. That removes the question rather than settling it afterwards. If there is a room nobody should enter, say so at the start of the visit.

Cleaning

Questions in total: 17
How it works? When should I book a cleaning?

Same-day bookings are usually possible: if you order in the morning, a cleaner can be at your door within a few hours. Still, the earlier you book, the more freedom you have in choosing the time.

A day ahead is enough for an ordinary flat on a weekday. For Saturday, for the last days of the month and for the end of December, book three or four days in advance — those are the busiest slots in Kyiv, and the convenient morning windows go first.

Large jobs need more notice. Post-renovation cleaning, a house, dry cleaning of several items or a flat that has stood empty for a long time require a team and specific equipment, so plan them about a week ahead.

Moving out is a separate case: agree the date with the landlord first, then book the cleaning for the day before the handover, not for the same morning. It leaves room if the keys are handed over later than planned.

How it works? Window cleaning

We wash windows from both sides, together with the frame, the sill and the fittings. Insect screens are taken off and rinsed separately, and the outer side is cleaned wherever it can be reached safely from inside the flat.

One window costs UAH 350. If you order window cleaning on its own, without cleaning the flat, the minimum is five windows — for a single window the trip does not pay for itself.

What counts as one window: two sashes that do not reach the floor, or a single floor-to-ceiling section. A balcony door counts as one window; an old frame with two rows of sashes counts as two, because there are four glass surfaces and the space between them.

We do not clean windows above the second floor from the outside or panoramic glazing that cannot be opened — that needs rope access. After a renovation a window costs UAH 499, since film, tape and cement splashes are scraped off first.

How it works? Kitchen cleaning

The kitchen takes the longest of any room, and in a standard cleaning it is done in full: worktops, the backsplash, the sink and tap, the outside of the units and handles, the table, the hob, the outside of the appliances, the bin and the floor, including the space along the plinths.

Grease is the reason it takes time. Fresh splashes come off with a degreaser, while a layer that has been baking on the hood or the wall for months needs several passes and a longer soaking time.

The inside of appliances and cupboards is charged separately, because not everyone needs it: the oven for UAH 550, the hood for UAH 399, the fridge for UAH 550, the microwave for UAH 299 and the inside of the kitchen cabinets for UAH 900.

Two things help the result. Clear the worktop of small items so surfaces can be washed as a whole, and tell the cleaner if a stone or wooden surface needs a specific product — some coatings must not meet an acidic cleaner.

How it works? Powerful vacuum cleaner

The professional Kärcher vacuum is an add-on for UAH 699, and it is worth taking in a few specific situations rather than by default.

It makes a real difference on thick carpets and carpeting, where dust settles deep into the pile; in flats with a cat or a dog, where hair is woven into the fabric; and after any building work, where fine dust would simply kill a household machine. In an ordinary flat with hard floors the compact vacuum the cleaner carries is entirely enough.

Because the machine is heavy, it travels by car, so add the option while booking rather than asking on the day — the manager needs to assign a cleaner who drives.

If you have your own vacuum cleaner, the cleaner will happily use it and you pay nothing extra. And if you booked post-renovation cleaning, the professional machine is already included in the price and does not need to be added.

How it works? Tiling and tile joints

Tiles are always washed: above the kitchen worktop and throughout the bathroom, as part of any standard cleaning from UAH 1,950. The joints between them are a different job.

Grout is porous and absorbs moisture and grease, so wiping it with a cloth changes nothing. Cleaning the joints requires a steam cleaner: steam softens the deposit, and it is then brushed out. That is a separate option for UAH 350, and it has to be requested in advance so the cleaner brings the machine.

What to expect realistically: fresh deposits and greyness come off almost completely. Grout that has been dark for several years, or has mould inside the layer, becomes lighter but never white again — at that point it is a question of replacing the grout, not of cleaning it. We say so before starting rather than after.

Clients usually order the joints together with the shower cabin and the taps, where limescale builds up in exactly the same way.

How it works? How do you count bathrooms?

We count bathrooms by the number of separate rooms, not by the number of fittings. If the toilet is in one room and the bath or shower in another, that is two bathrooms. If everything is in one room, it is one, no matter how large it is.

A guest toilet with only a WC and a small basin still counts as a separate room: it has a floor, tiles, a mirror and sanitary ware, all of which take time.

Each bathroom includes the bath or shower cabin, the WC, the basin, taps, mirrors, tiles, open shelves, the towel rail and the floor. Limescale on the glass and the taps is treated with a dedicated product that needs time to work.

Why this matters for the price: bathrooms are the most labour-intensive rooms in a flat after the kitchen, so the calculator asks for their number separately. If you are unsure how to count yours, describe the layout to the manager before booking.

How it works? How do you calculate windows?

One window means two sashes that do not reach the floor, or a single sash if it is floor-to-ceiling — one section of a French window. A balcony door counts as one window.

An old frame with two rows of sashes counts as two windows: four glass surfaces have to be washed, plus the space between them, and it takes twice as long as a modern double-glazed unit.

This is the most common misunderstanding when booking, which is why we have a dedicated page with drawings showing how the counting works. If in doubt, send a photo of the room to the manager and you will get the exact number before you confirm anything.

The price of UAH 350 per window covers the glass on both sides, the frame, the sill and the fittings. A window after a renovation or with tape residue costs UAH 499, because the glue and cement are removed with a blade first and only then is the glass washed.

How it works? How do you count rooms?

Rooms are counted by how you actually use them, not by what the floor plan says. If you rebuilt one room into two, you may still book the flat as a one-room apartment — the price follows the amount of work, not the documents.

A kitchen joined with a living room counts as a room plus a kitchen: there is a cooking area with grease and a living area with dust on the surfaces. A studio is one room and a kitchen.

A walk-in wardrobe, a storage room and a loggia are not counted as separate rooms, but if they need cleaning, mention them in the comment so the cleaner plans the time.

Prices start at UAH 1,950 for a one-room flat, UAH 2,400 for two rooms and UAH 2,850 for three. Square metres matter less than you would think: two flats of the same size differ in work by exactly as many walls, doors and corners as they have.

How it works? How do you count balcony windows?

Balcony windows are counted exactly like the rest of the flat — by sashes. Two sashes that do not reach the floor make one window; a floor-to-ceiling sash is also one window.

In practice: eight sashes on a loggia that do not reach the floor are four windows, and four floor-to-ceiling sashes are also four windows. The price is UAH 350 per window and covers the glass on both sides, the frame and the sill.

Panoramic loggia glazing is counted by the sections that open. In a typical panel-built flat there are usually four to six of them, which is already enough to order window cleaning on its own, without booking a cleaning of the whole flat.

The outer side is washed only where it can be reached safely from inside. If the loggia is sealed shut or the flat is on a high floor with no way to open the frame, we clean the glass from the inside and say so honestly when you book.

How it works? Can I choose the cleaner for my appointment?

Yes. When you book online there is a field for it, and if you order by phone or in a messenger, just name the person you want. We assign that cleaner whenever their schedule allows.

Most requests come after the first visit: you liked how the work was done and want the same person again. That suits us too — a cleaner who already knows your flat, your surfaces and your habits works faster and asks fewer questions.

There are natural limits. A cleaner may be ill, on holiday or already booked for the time you want, and someone who works on the left bank will not be sent across the city for a single visit. In that case the manager offers another time with your cleaner or another cleaner for your time — you decide which matters more.

Being chosen is rewarded: on such repeat bookings the cleaner receives 52 % of the order instead of the usual 50 %.

How it works? How do I contact my cleaner?

Write to us in a messenger or call the call centre, and we will give you the phone number of the cleaner assigned to your booking.

It is genuinely useful in a few situations: the cleaner is already on the way and you are running late, you need to pass on the entrance code or the floor, or you want to warn them about a dog behind the door.

For anything else it is faster to write to the manager. Changing the date or time, adding services, questions about the price and complaints about quality are all handled in our system, and the cleaner can neither change the amount nor move the booking.

If the cleaner is late, tell us rather than waiting. Sometimes it is a delay on the previous job, and we will give you a realistic arrival time or send someone else. Any arrangement that affects the price or the scope of work should go through the manager, so that it is recorded in the booking and not lost in a private chat.

How it works? Cleaning supplies

We work with professional Cleamen products made in the Czech Republic. They are certified, and each one is made for a specific task: a degreaser for the kitchen, an acidic product for limescale in the bathroom, a neutral one for laminate and wood, a glass cleaner without streaks.

That is why one universal spray cannot replace them. A product that removes baked-on grease will damage a stone worktop, and a product safe for parquet will not touch limescale on a tap.

In homes with children and pets the cleaners use gentler formulas and rinse surfaces thoroughly, and a steam cleaner takes over where chemistry is better avoided altogether: cots, highchairs, mattresses and tile joints.

If someone in the family has an allergy or a surface needs a specific product, leave your own bottles out and tell the cleaner — they will use them, and you pay nothing extra. It is worth mentioning delicate coatings before the visit: natural stone, unsealed wood and matte lacquer all have their own rules.

How it works? Ceilings and chandeliers

As a rule we do not wash ceilings and chandeliers. The reason is practical: cleaners do not carry a stepladder to every booking, and working at height without stable support is unsafe both for the person and for your light fitting.

What is included: cobwebs are removed from corners with a telescopic pole, and light fixtures within arm's reach — wall lights, floor lamps, low shades — are wiped.

It can be arranged separately if you have your own stable stepladder with a platform. Then the cleaner will wash the chandelier or other hard-to-reach places at an hourly rate of UAH 499. Our staff do not climb on folding ladders without support, on chairs or on tables.

Keep in mind that not every shade should be touched. Glass and fabric ones come apart differently, and yellowed plastic will not become white again. Stretch ceilings are wiped only with a dry or barely damp cloth, since pressure and moisture leave marks that cannot be removed afterwards.

How it works? Is there anything you don't do?

Yes, and we prefer to say so upfront rather than let you discover it on the day.

Cleaners do not move furniture or heavy objects: they clean around and under what can be reached, but a wardrobe or a sofa stays where it is. We do not wash curtains, and we do not clean chandeliers or ceilings without a stable stepladder. Windows above the second floor are not washed from the outside, and sealed panoramic glazing is cleaned from the inside only.

We do not take away construction debris, old furniture or sanitary ware, and we do not clean up after animals or handle biological waste. Clothes, duvets and leather furniture are outside dry cleaning as well.

Some things are physically impossible rather than refused: yellowed enamel, scratched laminate, grout that has darkened over years and rust in a bath will not come back to new with any product. And some jobs are simply charged separately — blinds, tile joints, the inside of cabinets, ovens and hoods.

How it works? Custom services

If your task does not fit the standard calculator, describe it to the manager and we will price it individually. That is what custom bookings are for.

Typical examples: a flat that stood empty for several years, cleaning before a viewing or a handover to a landlord, a one-off tidy after a party, a hoarded storage room, a photo studio or a showroom between shoots, a rental flat cleaned between guests, or a set of jobs across several addresses.

Such work is normally priced by the hour, with an extra hour at UAH 499, because the amount of work depends on the state of the place rather than on the number of rooms.

To get an accurate quote, send photos of the kitchen, the bathroom and any problem areas in a messenger, and say when you need it done. The manager replies with a fixed price and the number of cleaners the job needs, usually within half an hour. The quote is free and does not commit you to anything.

How it works? Window blinds

Blinds are not part of a standard cleaning or of window cleaning. It is separate work, charged by the hour at UAH 499.

The reason is the number of slats. A half-window blind has around fifteen of them; a full French window easily has fifty, and each has to be wiped on both sides. A per-item rate would be unfairly high for one client and pointlessly low for another, so we charge for time.

Horizontal aluminium blinds are the quickest: they can be tilted and wiped on both sides in one movement. Vertical fabric slats are a different job — dust works its way into the fabric, wiping does not help, and they need damp cleaning and time to dry. Wooden blinds tolerate the least moisture and are cleaned almost dry.

Say in advance that you want the blinds done, and tell us roughly how many windows have them. The cleaner will set aside the time instead of squeezing the job into the end of the visit.

How it works? How long does a cleaning take?

A one-room flat takes about three to four hours, a two-room flat four to five, a three-room flat from five hours. Every extra item adds time: the oven, windows or the inside of kitchen cabinets take roughly an hour each.

If the job is planned for more than ten hours, we always send two cleaners. A team of two or three also goes to a house, a large flat, an office and any post-renovation cleaning. This does not change the price: the cost follows the amount of work rather than the number of people — the work simply finishes sooner.

Can one person work well for six to eight hours? Yes, that is a normal pattern in this job: the cleaner plans their own breaks and paces the work. If it becomes clear on site that the scope is larger than expected, the manager can send a second person to help.

Post-renovation cleaning is always finished within one day, even when that means a full working day for the team. You do not have to be there the whole time: open the door at the start, leave the keys with the concierge, or order key delivery for UAH 499.

Payment

Questions in total: 7
How it works? Methods of payment

You can pay by card or in cash, and always after the cleaning is finished. We do not ask for prepayment: you look at the result first and pay once you are satisfied with it.

Card payment is made online through the link in your confirmation email or in your personal account. The payment is processed by our payment provider, so your card details never reach the cleaner or the manager. Cash is handed to the cleaner at the end of the visit, and it helps to have the exact amount — cleaners do not carry change.

Companies pay by bank transfer against an invoice, with closing documents provided. For regular office cleaning we normally invoice once a month for all visits.

The amount is fixed when you book and does not change on site. Promo codes and the regularity discount are applied to that amount before the visit, so what you see in the calculator is what you pay.

How it works? Will I have a receipt?

It depends on how you pay. If you pay in cash, there is no fiscal receipt — that follows Ukrainian legislation on cash settlements, and we do not issue one.

What you do get with a cash payment is the record of the booking: the confirmation email with the list of services and the amount, the completed checklist for the visit, and an SMS confirming that the order is closed. For most private clients that is enough to see exactly what was paid for.

If you pay by card, the payment receipt from the payment provider is the fiscal document. It arrives by email, shows the amount and the date, and can be used for an expense report.

Companies and private entrepreneurs get a full set of documents: an invoice, an act of services rendered and a confirmation letter if needed. Tell the manager the details when you book, so the paperwork is prepared in advance rather than requested afterwards.

How it works? Do we sign a contract?

For private clients the relationship is governed by a public offer agreement, which is published on the website and available at any time. By confirming a booking you accept it, so there is nothing to sign and no paperwork to exchange.

The agreement sets out what is included in a cleaning, how the price is calculated, the rules for cancelling and rescheduling, the quality guarantee and our liability for damaged property. It is worth reading the sections on cancellation deadlines and on the guarantee — those are the ones clients ask about most often.

Companies work differently: for offices and commercial premises we sign a normal written contract with a schedule of visits, prices and payment terms, plus acts of services rendered every month. Landlords and property managers can have one contract covering several addresses, with a single invoice and separate acts per address.

If your organisation needs specific wording or extra clauses, send them to the manager before the first visit.

How it works? I need a document for my organization

We can provide the documents an organisation normally needs: an invoice for payment, an act of services rendered and a letter confirming the services provided. Tell the manager your company details when you book, and the documents are prepared together with the booking rather than a month later.

For regular office cleaning we usually invoice once a month for all visits in that period, which keeps the accounting simple: one payment, one act, one set of documents.

Landlords and property managers with several addresses can work under a single contract: the invoice is issued as one document, and the acts are drawn up separately for each address.

Documents are sent by email, and originals can be posted or handed over by courier if your accounting department needs signed hard copies. If your company requires a particular format, a specific wording of the service description or a set of numbered fields, send a sample to the manager and we will follow it.

How it works? How does billing work?

Online payments are handled by our payment service provider, which lets us accept Visa and Mastercard issued anywhere, including foreign cards. Your card details go straight to the provider and are never seen or stored by our staff.

The order of events is always the same: you book, the cleaning is done, and only then do you pay. The link in the confirmation email and your personal account both lead to the same secure payment page, and after the payment a receipt is sent to your email.

The amount is fixed when you book. Nothing is charged automatically without you confirming it, and there are no stored subscriptions that debit your card on their own — even with a regular cleaning schedule, every visit is paid separately.

If a payment fails, the usual reasons are a bank limit on online transactions or 3-D Secure not being confirmed. Try again from the same link or pay in cash to the cleaner; nothing is lost in the meantime.

How it works? In what case can the prices change?

We work at a flat rate. The price quoted when you book is the price you pay, and the cleaner will never call from your flat asking for more because the job turned out to be harder than expected.

The amount is calculated from what you tell us: the number of rooms and bathrooms, and the extras you choose — windows, the oven, the hood, the fridge, the inside of cabinets. All of it is visible in the calculator before you confirm and repeated in the confirmation email.

A recalculation happens in one case only: when the real scope differs from what was booked. If you booked a two-room flat and it turns out to be a four-room house, or said there were four windows and there are nine, the manager contacts you before the work starts, shows the new amount, and you decide whether to continue.

Very neglected flats are priced by the hour from the start, with an extra hour at UAH 499. We agree that in advance, from photos, rather than in the middle of the visit.

How it works? How do I get a refund if I cancel?

A refund is made by the same method as the payment: if you paid by card, the money goes back to that card — such sums are not refunded in cash. That is a rule of the international payment systems rather than ours.

The term is up to seven calendar days from the day we receive your refund request, and the amount refunded equals the amount paid.

To start a refund, write to [email protected] with the date of the booking, the amount and the reason. If the charge was made in error, attach the receipt confirming the transaction.

One practical detail: if you cancel at least 12 hours before the start, the hold is released automatically and a request is usually unnecessary — the bank returns the money through its standard procedure. A request is needed when the payment has already gone through in full.

How it works? I am happy with the quality

Thank you — and if you have a couple of minutes, please leave a public review. It helps other people in Kyiv choose, and it helps us far more than any advertising.

Reviews can be left on the website, on our Google Business profile or on our social media pages. The most useful ones are specific: which district you are in, what kind of cleaning you booked, what was done particularly well. "Everything was great" tells the next reader very little.

If a particular cleaner did the work well, name them. Ratings decide how many bookings a person gets, and a named review is the most direct way to thank them. You can also request the same cleaner for your next visit.

Two other things help us: a tip, which goes to the cleaner in full and can be added to your card payment, and your referral code from your personal account — a friend gets a discount on their first booking and you receive bonus points.

How it works? What to do if there is a damage?

Tell us on the same day. Send a photo of the damaged item to a messenger or call the call centre, and the manager will take the case from there.

The company covers the damage, not the cleaner personally. We have an insurance fund for exactly this, and depending on the case we arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund of the value along with the cost of the cleaning itself.

You do not need to argue with the person who was in your flat, and the cleaner is not fined for reporting an accident. That is deliberate: it is the reason breakages are reported openly instead of being hidden, which is worse for everyone.

Two practical notes. Valuable or fragile items — collectible glassware, art, electronics without a stable stand — are better put away before the visit or pointed out to the cleaner. And pre-existing damage, such as a chipped tile or a cracked shelf, is worth mentioning at the start, so there is no confusion afterwards.

How it works? Can I leave a tip?

Tips are welcome, and the cleaner receives them in full — the company does not take a share.

There are two ways to leave one. You can add the amount to your card payment, and it goes to the cleaner's account together with the settlement for the order. Or you can simply hand cash to the cleaner at the end of the visit, which many clients in Kyiv prefer.

There is no expected percentage, and nobody will be offended if you leave nothing. The cleaner's pay does not depend on tips: it is a fixed share of the order value, so a tip really is a bonus rather than part of the wage.

If you want to say thank you in a way that lasts longer, a public review with the cleaner's name matters more. Ratings determine how many bookings a person receives, and requesting the same cleaner for your next visit is the strongest signal of all — such repeat orders are also paid at a higher rate.

How it works? Safety during cleaning

Safety starts with who comes to your door. Every cleaner is an employee under contract with verified identity documents, and each one completes training with a supervisor before the first visit. We have been working since 2016 and know our team personally — nobody is sent to a client straight from a classified ad.

Every booking is recorded in the system: who is assigned, when they arrived and left, and what was done according to the checklist. You are told the cleaner's name in advance and can ask for their phone number.

Products are handled with the same care. Cleaners are taught which chemicals must never be mixed, work in gloves, ventilate the rooms and use a steam cleaner where chemistry is better avoided — around cots, highchairs and mattresses.

If anything goes wrong, the company answers: damaged property is covered by the insurance fund, and complaints are handled by a manager rather than by the person who did the cleaning.

Cancel, transfer and change an order

Questions in total: 1
How it works? Can I cancel, postpone or change the booking?

All three are possible, and all three are done in the same place: the confirmation email you received after booking, or your personal account. Each booking there has links to change it, move it or cancel it.

Moving a visit is free up to twelve hours before the start. Within that window, write or call: we will usually offer another time on the same day, which is better than losing the slot entirely.

Changing the content of a booking is easier than changing its time. You can add windows, the oven or the fridge, or remove something you no longer need, and the price is recalculated straight away. Adding extras on the day itself is possible only if the cleaner still has time before the next booking, so it is worth doing in advance.

Changing the address is treated as a new route: if the new location is in another part of Kyiv, we will offer the nearest free slot instead. Skipping one visit does not break a subscription or its regularity discount.

Discounts

Questions in total: 5
How it works? Promo codes

The promo code START gives you 15 % off your first booking. Enter it in the promo code field in the calculator before confirming, and the discount is applied to the total straight away — you see the reduced price before you pay anything.

We also run seasonal offers: before the winter holidays, at the start of spring and during the window-cleaning season. They are announced on our social media pages and in the newsletter, so the easiest way not to miss one is to subscribe.

A few rules worth knowing. One code applies per booking — they do not stack with each other. The discount is calculated on the base price of the cleaning, while extras such as windows, the oven or dry cleaning are charged in full. A code entered after the visit cannot be applied retroactively.

The regularity discount works differently and does combine with your ongoing schedule: weekly cleaning gives 15 %, twice a month 10 %, monthly 5 %.

How it works? Corporate promo codes

We work with corporate partners whose employees get their own promo code. If your employer is one of them, the code is usually shared internally — in a company chat, on the intranet or by the HR team.

Using it is no different from any other code: enter it in the promo code field when booking online, and the discount appears in the total before you confirm. You book as a private client, for your own home, and pay the reduced price yourself.

In some partnerships the employer pays for a set number of cleanings instead of giving a discount. In that case you will be told which services are covered, and anything beyond them — windows, the oven, dry cleaning — is paid by you.

If you change employer, the corporate code stops working from your next booking: it belongs to the company, not to your account. If your company would like to become a partner, ask the manager — we set that up for teams of any size.

How it works? Regular cleaning

Booking regularly earns a guaranteed discount that does not depend on promo codes or seasons: 15 % for a cleaning once a week, 10 % for twice a month and 5 % once a month.

It applies from the very first visit, not after some qualifying period, and there is no contract or commitment. You choose the schedule when booking, and it can be changed or stopped at any time in your personal account.

Missing one visit does not cancel the discount: the schedule continues, and the next cleaning takes place as planned. If you are travelling, simply move or skip the visit rather than cancelling the whole arrangement.

There is a practical benefit beyond the price. A flat that is cleaned regularly needs less work each time, so the same visit covers more: the cleaner has time for details instead of fighting accumulated grease and limescale. Regular clients also tend to keep the same cleaner, who already knows the flat and its surfaces.

How it works? Referral program

Once you have registered on the website, your personal account contains a referral code that you can share with friends, neighbours or colleagues.

It works both ways: the person who uses your code gets a discount on their first booking, and you receive bonus points once their cleaning has actually been carried out — not at the moment they enter the code. The points appear in your account and can be spent on future bookings.

How many points a particular referral brings is shown in your account right after the order is completed, so there is no guesswork.

There is no limit on how many people you can invite, and the code does not expire. It combines naturally with the rest: your friend can use it for a first booking, and later switch to the regularity discount if they start ordering weekly or twice a month.

Referral points are added to the points you collect from your own bookings through the loyalty programme.

How it works? Loyalty program

Registering on the website automatically enrols you in the loyalty programme — there is nothing to sign up for separately and no card to carry.

You collect bonus points for every completed booking, and the more you order, the higher your level and the larger the discount attached to it. Points and your current status are visible in your personal account, so you always know where you stand.

Points can be spent on any of our services, including dry cleaning and window cleaning, and they can cover part of a bill rather than the whole of it — the remainder is simply paid by card or in cash.

The programme combines with the regularity discount: a subscription gives you 15 % for weekly cleaning, and points accumulate on top of that. It also combines with the referral programme, where invited friends bring extra points.

Points are credited after the cleaning is completed, not at the moment of booking, so a cancelled visit does not earn them.

Personal account

Questions in total: 1
How it works? Personal account

Your personal account is where a booking lives after it is made. It shows your upcoming visits, the full history of previous ones, your bonus points and your current loyalty level.

From there you can change a booking, move it to another day, add services such as windows or the oven, cancel a visit, pay by card and download the payment receipt. Everything is done without calling the call centre, at any time of day.

It is also where you find your referral code to share with friends, and where you can request the same cleaner you liked for your next visit.

Registration takes a minute and only needs an email address and a phone number. One thing worth knowing: bookings made earlier by phone, before you registered, will not appear in the history — they were created outside the account.

If you forget your password, use the recovery link on the login page; the account is tied to the email address you used when booking.

Dry cleaning

Questions in total: 5
How it works? We use professional equipment

We use professional Kärcher equipment for dry cleaning upholstered furniture, mattresses, rugs and carpeting. The machine sprays a solution into the fabric under pressure and immediately extracts it together with the dissolved dirt.

That is the key difference from wiping or vacuuming. Dirt in a sofa is not on the surface: it sits in the filling, and only extraction pulls it back out. A vacuum takes dust off the top, and a cloth simply moves stains around.

All the work is done at your home. Nothing is taken to a workshop, so furniture is not dismantled, carried down the stairs or returned days later — the whole job usually takes two to four hours.

Large orders — an office with a dozen chairs, several rugs in a house — are handled by a team with two machines so that the work does not stretch over an entire day. Furniture stays damp for four to eight hours afterwards, and an open window shortens that considerably.

How it works? Dry cleaning supplies

We work with professional dry cleaning products by Kärcher and Cleamen. They are certified and chosen for the fibre rather than for the stain alone: velour, chenille, flock, natural cotton and synthetic upholstery all react differently to moisture and to active ingredients.

The products are safe for homes with children and pets. Everything sprayed into the fabric is drawn back out by the extractor, so nothing is left behind to be breathed in or licked off; the faint smell that remains disappears within a few hours as the furniture dries.

Before starting, the cleaner tests the product on an inconspicuous area — the back of the sofa, a hidden corner of the rug. Coloured fabrics can bleed, and this is the only way to check it in advance.

If a household member has an allergy, say so when booking. We will use a neutral formula and rinse the fabric with additional passes of clean water, which takes a little longer but leaves less residue.

How it works? What do you clean?

We dry-clean upholstered furniture, mattresses, rugs and carpeting, all at your home. The list covers sofas from UAH 1,600, corner sofas from UAH 1,999, armchairs at UAH 545, chairs and stools at UAH 299, office chairs at UAH 345, upholstered headboards at UAH 899, prams at UAH 999 and rugs or carpeting at UAH 130 per square metre.

Mattresses are priced by size and by how many sides are cleaned: one side of a single mattress costs UAH 999, both sides UAH 1,299, and a double mattress on both sides UAH 1,999.

The minimum order is UAH 1,399, so small items are worth combining: chairs together with the sofa, a mattress together with the bed.

Rugs are cleaned where they lie, in your flat — we do not take them away to a workshop. For carpeting, clear the floor of furniture beforehand where you can, so the machine can reach the whole surface in one pass.

How it works? What don't you clean?

We do not clean curtains, duvets, pillows, clothes or leather furniture. Textiles like these belong in a washing machine or a traditional dry cleaner's, and leather needs conditioning rather than water extraction — done wrong, it dries out and cracks.

Rugs are cleaned in your home, on the floor where they lie. We do not collect them and take them to a workshop, so a rug that needs full immersion washing is not a job for us.

Removable covers are not laundered either: they go into your washing machine according to the manufacturer's instructions, while the foam underneath is cleaned on the spot by extraction.

We also avoid antique and delicate upholstery — silk, unlined velvet, furniture with a wooden frame that must not get wet. If you are unsure, send a photo of the label and of the fabric to the manager before booking, and you will get a straight answer instead of a damaged sofa.

How it works? What are the guarantees?

We cannot promise that every stain will disappear, and we prefer to say so before the work rather than after it. What we do guarantee is honesty about the outcome and a proper technical process.

What usually comes out completely: fresh food and drink spills, coffee and tea, pet marks, grease from hands and hair, general greying of the fabric and the smell that goes with it. What often does not: old dye, ink, paint, hair colour, rust, sun-bleached patches and stains that were already treated with the wrong product at home.

The cleaner examines the item before starting and tells you which marks are likely to go and which will only fade. That assessment is made in advance, so you can decide whether the job is worth it.

If the result clearly does not match what was agreed, write to us the same day and we will come back to it. After a week the fabric has been used again and an objective assessment is no longer possible.

Cleaning after repair

Questions in total: 10
How it works? What equipment do you use?

Everything is ours. For post-renovation cleaning the team arrives with professional vacuum cleaners that cope with construction dust and fine debris, a stepladder, glass scrapers, a steam cleaner and a set of products for each type of surface: one for tiles and grout, another for laminate, others for sanitary ware and glass.

From you we need only water and electricity. If the water is not connected yet, say so when booking — we will bring canisters, but the work takes longer and that is worth allowing for in the schedule.

If you own a wet vacuum cleaner and would rather it was used, that is fine, the cleaners will work with your machine. The opposite happens too: in a new building where the wiring is temporary, a powerful vacuum trips the breaker, so we agree on the power supply in advance.

The separate "vacuum cleaner on the order" line for UAH 699 applies only to ordinary cleanings; here the equipment is already included.

How it works? What does the cleaning include?

For us, post-renovation cleaning means you can move in and live there, not that the floor was swept. We remove construction dust from every surface, including the tops of wardrobes, radiators, window reveals, skirting boards and door frames, and take off traces of glue, expanding foam, filler and paint from floors, tiles, glass and sanitary ware.

Floors are washed in several passes: after building work the dust rises again and again, so one pass with a mop settles nothing.

The bathroom and kitchen are cleaned in full: basin, WC, bath or shower, taps, backsplash, the outside of the units. The inside of kitchen cabinets, the oven, the microwave and the hood are separate items, added on request.

Windows after a renovation are also counted separately, at UAH 499 each, because the protective film is peeled off and traces of tape and mortar are scraped away before the glass is washed.

How it works? Do you collect debris?

No, we do not remove construction debris. That is a separate service with a van and loaders, and it is not part of any of our rates.

Small items we do take: wallpaper offcuts, pieces of film, empty packaging, tape and cardboard — anything that fits into rubbish bags is collected by the cleaners and carried out to the nearest container. The bags are ours.

Broken tiles, sacks with leftover mixes, pieces of plasterboard, old windows, doors, sanitary ware and furniture are not taken away. That is bulky construction waste; municipal containers are not meant for it, and dumping it there carries a fine.

The right order is simple: the contractor or a waste service removes the heavy material first, and then we arrive. If sacks are still standing in the flat, the cleaners have to work around them and the result suffers. If you are running late with the removal, it is better to move the cleaning by a day or two — we are relaxed about that.

How it works? Can the price change?

No. The price the manager quotes when you book is fixed and does not grow during the work. The cleaner will not call from your flat saying it is dirtier than expected and asking for more.

The amount is calculated from the area at UAH 150 per square metre, plus the separate items you choose — windows, the oven, the hood, the fridge, the inside of the cabinets. All of it is visible before you confirm the booking and repeated in the confirmation email.

A recalculation is possible in one case only: when the real scope differs from what was described. If you said 60 m² and the flat is 95 m², or mentioned four windows when there are nine, the manager contacts you before the work starts, shows the new figure, and you decide whether to go ahead. Quietly adding hours to the bill is not something we do.

Payment comes after the cleaning, once you have accepted the work. We take no prepayment.

How it works? How do you calculate windows after renovation?

Exactly the same way as for a standard cleaning. Two sashes that do not reach the floor make one window. A single floor-to-ceiling sash is also one window. A balcony block of a door and a window counts as two.

Only the price differs: after a renovation a window costs UAH 499 instead of the usual UAH 350. The reason is straightforward — the protective film is peeled off the frames, and traces of tape, paint, primer and cement are removed. That takes longer and needs a blade rather than a squeegee.

We wash the glass on both sides, the frames, the reveals, the sill and the outer ledge if it can be reached from the window. Glazing bars and insect screens are cleaned too, with the screens taken off and rinsed separately.

Panoramic glazing and windows above the second floor are not washed from the outside. The easiest way to get an exact figure is to send photos in a messenger before booking.

How it works? How long will the cleaning take?

We always finish post-renovation cleaning in a single day. The team arrives in the morning and works until the job is done, not until the end of a shift.

As a rough guide: a one-room flat of up to 40 m² takes about five to seven hours, a two-room flat of 60–70 m² takes eight to ten, and a house or a large flat from 120 m² takes a full working day for a team of three or four people. Windows, the oven and the inside of kitchen cabinets add an hour or an hour and a half each.

The condition of the place matters. If the builders removed the heavy waste and swept the floor, the work goes faster. If sacks of mix and offcuts of plasterboard are lying around, the first hours go on clearing rather than cleaning.

You do not have to be there the whole time: open the door, and we can return the keys afterwards for UAH 499.

How it works? What do I do if I am not happy with the quality of the cleaning?

Write to us the same day or the next one — by messenger, by email or through your personal account. Describe what exactly was not done and attach photos: a picture immediately shows whether an area was missed or whether a mark physically cannot be removed.

Then there are two outcomes. If the cleaner really did miss something, the team comes back and finishes the job free of charge, usually within twenty-four hours. If coming back is no longer practical or convenient for you, we refund part of the amount.

Some things cleaning does not fix: grout driven into unglazed tiles, spatula scratches on laminate, paint under a layer of varnish, glass clouded by mortar. The cleaner warns about this on site, before the work is finished rather than after a complaint.

Complaints are handled by a manager, not by the cleaner who did the job, so the outcome does not depend on how a conversation in the flat happened to go.

How it works? Why can I trust you?

We carry out around a hundred post-renovation cleanings a month in Kyiv alone. This is not occasional side work but a separate line of business with trained teams, and it includes office buildings, sports facilities and whole floors of new developments handed over turnkey.

Every cleaner goes through training and works with a supervisor before being sent to a site on their own. We employ people under contract and assign a manager you can write to at any point.

Payment comes after the cleaning. You look at the result first and pay afterwards; we ask for no prepayment. If something is wrong, the guarantee applies and the team returns to finish the job.

Damage is covered by the company's insurance fund, so the matter is settled with us rather than with the individual who was holding the mop. And there are reviews: several hundred ratings from clients in Kyiv, including those describing how we corrected our own mistakes.

How it works? Can the price be lower?

Yes, that happens. The rate of UAH 150 per square metre is designed for a full renovation: dust from chasing walls, mortar residue, film peeled off windows, glue and paint to be removed.

If the work was cosmetic — new wallpaper, repainted walls, a couple of replaced doors — the volume of work is noticeably smaller and we reduce the price. Sometimes such a job is better booked as a deep cleaning with a few extra items added.

To find out which option is yours, send the manager photos of the rooms and the bathroom in a messenger. The pictures show the amount of dust, the state of the floor and whether there is mortar on the glass. An answer usually comes within half an hour.

The price is also lower if only one or two rooms need cleaning rather than the whole flat, and if the windows do not need washing — they are charged separately and are not part of the per-square-metre rate.

How it works? How do I calculate the price if renovation was only done in one room?

The calculation is simple: we take the price of an ordinary deep cleaning of the flat and add several hours of work for the room where the renovation took place. That comes out noticeably cheaper than applying the UAH 150 per square metre rate to the whole area.

The logic is that dust does not stay in one room. Even if the builders worked only in a bedroom, it settles in the hallway, in the kitchen, inside wardrobes and on textiles. Cleaning the bedroom alone makes little sense — a day later the dust is back.

So the flat gets a standard cleaning, while the renovated room is treated in full: reveals, skirting boards, radiators, traces of paint and glue, the window with its film and tape.

The manager will quote the exact figure. Tell us the area of the flat, the area of the renovated room, what was done there and how many windows need washing. The quote is free and commits you to nothing.

Office cleaning

How it works? Office cleaning services

We clean offices, coworkings, shops, salons and other commercial premises across Kyiv. The manager will call back quickly, ask about the area, the number of workstations and bathrooms, and put together a schedule that fits your working hours.

Pricing is by area: up to 40 m² costs UAH 1,950, up to 100 m² costs UAH 3,299, and above that it is UAH 30 per square metre. An extra hour, if the job needs one, is UAH 499.

Cleaning is done outside working hours — early in the morning or in the evening after the last person leaves — so that nobody works around a vacuum cleaner. For a regular schedule the same cleaner is assigned, which means keys, alarm codes and your particular routines are learned once.

Companies work under a written contract with monthly invoicing and acts of services rendered; no prepayment is required. Landlords and property managers with several addresses can have one contract, a single invoice and separate acts per address.
