For someone with allergies the enemy at home is not dirt but dust and what lives in it. Dust mites feed on skin particles and live where those collect most: the mattress, the pillows, the rug and the upholstery. Cleaning the floor barely touches that, so the order of work here is different.
Where to start
- the mattress — cleaning from UAH 999 for one side, 1,999 for a double on both sides;
- the bedroom rug — UAH 130 per square metre;
- upholstered furniture — from UAH 1,600 for a sofa;
- damp cleaning of every horizontal surface, including the tops of wardrobes and the radiators;
- window sills and ventilation grilles.
The minimum dry-cleaning order is UAH 2,600, so the mattress and the rug are usually done in one visit. That is not an upsell: mites live in both, and cleaning only the mattress gives half a result.

Chemistry and smell
We work with professional products that carry no fragrance. After a cleaning the flat should not smell of "freshness" — it should not smell of anything. If you react to a particular group of products, tell the manager: the cleaner will bring neutral chemistry or work with yours.
A wet vacuum
An ordinary vacuum returns the finest fraction to the air through its exhaust. A wet vacuum traps it in water and does not blow it back — for an allergy sufferer that is the whole difference. If you have none, we bring ours for UAH 699 per visit.
Textiles we do not take
Curtains, duvets and pillows are not ours — that is a washing machine, not a cleaning company. But they gather dust faster than anything else, so washing them monthly yourself is the cheapest part of managing allergies.
Pets in the flat
Animal hair and dander are a separate allergen, and what works on them is mechanical rather than chemical: a brush over the textiles before damp cleaning, then the wet vacuum. We clean the litter tray as a separate item (UAH 199), but the owner changes the filler.
What does not help
Ozone generators, "anti-allergen" sprays and air fresheners do not solve the problem: they act on the smell rather than the source. Only removing dust from textiles and doing it regularly works. We do not sell such items and do not add them to an order.
How long such a visit takes
Damp cleaning of a two-room flat with a thorough pass over the horizontal surfaces takes three to four hours instead of the usual two to three. Mattress cleaning adds forty minutes per side, a rug an hour per twenty square metres.
How often
For a household with an allergy sufferer the sensible rhythm is damp cleaning weekly, mattress cleaning every six months and the rug every six months. In pollen season the sills and ventilation grilles are wiped more often — that is where pollen settles.
