Buyers decide in the first minutes of a viewing, and usually not by the layout but by the feel of the place: whether it smells, whether the windows are clear, whether there is limescale in the bathroom. Pre-sale cleaning works on exactly that.
The price is standard — from UAH 1,950 for a one-room flat and UAH 2,400 for two rooms.
Windows and sills (UAH 350 per window), sanitary ware without limescale, tile joints, the kitchen backsplash and hood, and the smell in the bathroom and kitchen. People who never notice dust still notice these.
The second thing is space. Clearing small objects from surfaces makes a room look larger, so windowsills, cabinets and the table are worth emptying before photos and viewings.
The oven (UAH 550), the fridge (UAH 550), the hood (UAH 399) and the inside of cabinets (UAH 900) — buyers open appliances and doors. If there is upholstery or a rug, dry cleaning removes the smell: a sofa from UAH 1,600, a rug at UAH 130 per square metre.
Ideally the day before the photoshoot and before the first viewing, then keep the result up. An empty flat takes less time; if people still live there, tell the cleaner not to touch personal belongings.
