A house after renovation differs from a flat in scale and logistics rather than difficulty. The area is counted across every storey together, the stairs are covered twice — top-down and again once the dust has settled — and there are usually twice as many windows around the perimeter as in a flat of the same living area.
What it costs
UAH 150 per square metre of total area across all storeys. A 120 m² house is 18,000, a 200 m² house 30,000. The minimum post-renovation order is UAH 3,000, that is twenty square metres — never a constraint for a house.
A window after renovation is UAH 499, an additional hour 499, and a powerful vacuum, if ours is needed, 699. Stairs, terrace, entrance hall and boiler room count within the area rather than adding a coefficient: the 1.2 private-house coefficient applies to ordinary cleaning, not to post-renovation work.

People and days
A house up to 150 square metres gets a team of three and is finished in a day. From 200 square metres it is two days, or a team of four to five. The price does not depend on the number of people — it follows the area.
Dust settles more slowly in a house than in a flat: a greater volume of air, higher ceilings, often open stairwells between floors. So the final pass over the floors happens at the end of the day rather than after each room.
Stairs
The staircase is the dirtiest part of a house after renovation: everyone walked on it and every tread carries mortar. We scrape it off with a spatula and wash the treads, risers, handrails and the corners underneath. Wooden stairs are cleaned without excess water, with a product intended for wood.
Windows around the perimeter
A house has more windows and some of them are floor-to-ceiling. The count is the same as in a flat: every two sashes, or one floor-to-ceiling sash, is one window at UAH 499 after renovation. The outer side of the ground floor is washed in full; above the second floor only opening sashes.
What we do not do
We do not remove construction waste, wash facades, work in the garage or on the grounds, sand screed or strip paint from surfaces it was deliberately applied to. The boiler room is cleaned by separate arrangement.
Water and power
A newly built house often has neither. Say so in advance: we bring canisters and choose equipment to suit the available supply. We work with a generator, but a powerful vacuum can overload it, which is worth checking before the visit.
When to call us
After the contractor has taken out tools and waste but before the furniture arrives. In a house that matters especially: in empty rooms a team covers the area twice as fast, and once furniture is in place the skirting boards and corners are out of reach.
