Same-day cleaning is not a separate service with a markup but an ordinary cleaning in the nearest free slot. The price is unchanged: UAH 1,950 for a one-room flat, 2,400 for two rooms. We charge nothing extra for urgency, which is worth stating plainly, because in this market such a surcharge is common.
How far ahead we take bookings
The practical minimum is three to four hours before the visit: that is how long the manager needs to find a free cleaner in your district and confirm the sum. Mornings offer better odds than evenings — after 18:00 there is almost nothing left for the same day.
At weekends and before public holidays plan a day ahead: those are the busiest days of the month, and "today" then usually means "late in the evening".

What fits into two hours
The kitchen with the outside of the appliances and the bathroom in full — that is what gives the biggest visible difference for the least time. Three to four hours cover a complete clean of a one-room flat. If time is very short, tell the manager your priorities: the cleaner follows your list rather than the standard order.
When speed is not possible
Post-renovation cleaning, upholstery work and washing a lot of windows are not done at short notice: they need separate equipment and sometimes a second person. The honest forecast is the next day, not "in two hours".
The same applies to the suburbs: the drive to Brovary or Bucha takes up to an hour and a half, so the slot has to be free in advance.
How to speed up the booking
Three things save the most time: the exact number of rooms and bathrooms, the address with entrance and floor, and whether there is water and electricity on site. If keys have to be collected, that is UAH 499 and an extra hour before the start.
Why urgent is not more expensive
Our price does not depend on how far ahead you booked: it follows the number of rooms and bathrooms. The only thing urgency affects is choice — in a free slot at 19:00 you will not get a morning, and the cleaner will be whoever is available rather than one assigned to you.
Where we arrive fastest
The shortest lead times are in districts on the metro: Pechersk, Podil, Obolon, Pozniaky, Shevchenkivskyi. In the suburbs and districts without a metro, book for tomorrow: the journey takes longer than cleaning a small flat.
What to have ready
Water, electricity and clear access to the kitchen and bathroom. If every surface is covered with belongings, the cleaner spends the time moving them rather than cleaning — on a short visit that visibly cuts the result.
Payment
Payment comes after the work, by card through a link or in cash. There is no prepayment even on an urgent booking: you accept the work first and pay afterwards.
