When an extra hour is needed
An extra hour costs UAH 499 and is added when the job is larger than standard: a flat that has not been cleaned for a long time, the morning after a party, a handover to a landlord, or a booking with many extra items.
The hour can be added in advance in the calculator or agreed with the manager on the day — but only with your consent: a cleaner cannot add time to the bill on their own.
What fits into one hour
