A deep clean differs from an ordinary one not in diligence but in the order of work. An ordinary clean moves horizontally: floors, open surfaces, bathroom, kitchen. A deep clean moves top-down and inwards — from the tops of wardrobes and light fittings to the inside of the oven, the extractor hood and the fridge. That is why it takes longer and is booked in advance rather than called out for tomorrow.
How long it takes
- one-room flat — 4 to 5 hours, one cleaner;
- two-room flat — 6 to 7 hours, one cleaner, or two working 3 to 4 hours;
- three-room flat — 8 to 10 hours, two cleaners;
- a house from 120 m² — from 10 hours with a team of two or three.
That is the main difference from a maintenance clean, which takes two to three hours in the same two-room flat. If there is little time before the evening, the manager sends two cleaners: they work in parallel in different rooms, and the sum does not change — the price follows the scope, not the headcount.

What is covered, from the top down
The tops of wardrobes, curtain rails, light fittings and chandeliers that nobody usually reaches; doors on both sides and their frames; switches, sockets and skirting boards; radiators, including between the sections; window sills; mirrors; and the floor under the bed and behind the sofa, not only in the walkways.
In the kitchen — the backsplash, sink, mixer tap, the outside of appliances, the hood and the hob together with its grates. In the bathroom — sanitary ware, tiling, joints, taps polished, the mirror and the pipes behind the toilet.
What is charged as separate items
We never quietly fold the inside of appliances and cabinets into the base price — you choose them yourself: oven inside UAH 550, extractor hood 399, fridge 550, microwave 299, the inside of kitchen cabinets 900, a window 350, tile joints with a steam cleaner 350.
The base price is UAH 1,950 for a one-room flat, 2,400 for two rooms and 2,850 for three, with each additional bathroom at 550. A typical deep clean of a two-room flat with the oven, hood, fridge and cabinets comes to about 4,800 UAH. The sum is fixed before the visit and does not change on site.
When to book one
Before moving into a new flat and after tenants leave, after small-scale renovation, before and after the holidays, after an illness in the family, and every six months if the cleaning in between is a maintenance one. Another typical case is a flat that stood closed for months: there the main work is not dirt but dust on every horizontal surface.
What a deep clean does not do
It does not replace repairs: yellowed bath enamel, darkened grout and years of limescale on taps are not restored by cleaning. We do not move heavy furniture, do not work above stepladder height, do not wash facades and do not remove construction waste. The cleaner explains those limits before starting.

How long does a deep clean of a two-room flat take?
Six to seven hours for one cleaner, or three to four if two come. The price does not depend on the number of people.
