A classroom costs UAH 1,950 to clean, and the price does not depend on the number of windows, desks or cupboards. We work in private schools, lyceums, development centres and course venues in Kyiv, outside teaching hours — early morning, evening or at the weekend.
Desks and chairs on both sides, the board and its ledge, windowsills, radiators, cupboards and shelves on the outside, doors with handles, switches, the floor in every corner and under the furniture, and rubbish removal with new bags.
Window cleaning at UAH 350 per window and carpet or chair cleaning (UAH 130 per square metre, UAH 345 per chair) are added separately.
In a classroom dozens of hands touch the same surfaces every day: desks, door handles, switches, rails. Those are the points we treat on every visit, not just the floor, which is simply the most visible.
Regular servicing is charged at the same rate with a periodicity discount of up to 15 %.
Schools work under a contract: a schedule of visits, an invoice and an act of services rendered once a month, payment by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral. There is no prepayment — even the first visit is paid after the work.
Cleaning a school classroom costs UAH 1,950 per room. Washing desks and chairs is charged separately at 50 per set, so a class of thirty adds 1,500. Windows are 350 each, and they usually decide the final sum: a classroom normally has three or four.
Twice a year: before the start of the school year and after it ends. The first is the more important one — over the summer a closed room collects dust on every horizontal surface, including the tops of cupboards and the light fittings.
The work is planned for the holidays or a weekend, when no children are in the building. A classroom of up to 60 square metres takes two cleaners four to five hours.
With an institution we work under a contract: an invoice and a service acceptance act on completion, payment by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral. Parents' committees usually pay for such bookings on behalf of the school rather than privately.
