A cottage is cleaned by a team rather than by one person. The reason is simple: a two- or three-storey house with several bathrooms takes one cleaner ten to twelve hours, which stretches the working day into the night. Two or three people cover the same house in four to five hours, and the price does not change — it follows the scope of work.
What it costs
The starting price is UAH 2,340: the base sum by rooms and bathrooms with the private-house coefficient of 1.2. That coefficient covers what a flat does not have — stairs between floors, an entrance hall, extra doors, the boiler room and utility spaces.
Separate items are a window at UAH 350, the oven 550, the hood 399, the fridge 550, the inside of cabinets 900 and an additional hour 499. For a large house the manager calculates the hours in advance: send a floor plan or a few photographs and the sum is fixed before the visit.

What is included besides the rooms
We clean the stairs completely — treads, risers, handrails and the corners underneath. That is the longest single part of the job in a cottage, and it belongs to the base price rather than being added on. The terrace, porch and entrance hall are cleaned where they are accessible and the weather allows.
Floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor are washed on both sides; above the second floor we do not work from outside — that is rope access, a different service with different certification.
What we do not do in a cottage
Facades, pools, garages, saunas, garden work and the grounds around the house are outside our scope. We do not remove construction waste and do not move heavy furniture. The boiler room and utility spaces are cleaned only by prior arrangement: the type of dirt there is different and it needs its own time.
How the first visit works
Before the first cleaning the manager asks about the floor area, the number of storeys and bathrooms, the type of flooring and whether the terrace is accessible. From that they name the hours and the number of people — and that is the sum that goes into the order. It is not revised on site, even if the work turns out to be more than the photographs suggested.
The team arrives with its own chemistry, vacuums and a stepladder. You provide water and electricity; if the house is not connected yet, say so in advance — we bring canisters, but the work takes longer.
A regular schedule
For a cottage a regular schedule pays off better than one-off visits: 5 % off for monthly cleaning, 10 % for twice a month and 15 % for weekly, applied from the very first visit. An assigned team already knows the layout, the flooring and your house rules, so every visit after the first goes faster.
Skipping a single visit does not cancel the schedule. Keys can be left with us or delivered for UAH 499.

Cottage estates in and around Kyiv: Koncha-Zaspa, Osokorky, Tsarske Selo, Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel, Vyshhorod, Brovary, Vyshneve and Sofiivska Borshchahivka. Travel to the suburbs is included with no coefficient.
