Window cleaning

We wash windows from both sides, together with the frame, the sill and the fittings. Insect screens are taken off and rinsed separately, and the outer side is cleaned wherever it can be reached safely from inside the flat.

One window costs UAH 350. If you order window cleaning on its own, without cleaning the flat, the minimum is five windows — for a single window the trip does not pay for itself.

What counts as one window: two sashes that do not reach the floor, or a single floor-to-ceiling section. A balcony door counts as one window; an old frame with two rows of sashes counts as two, because there are four glass surfaces and the space between them.

We do not clean windows above the second floor from the outside or panoramic glazing that cannot be opened — that needs rope access. After a renovation a window costs UAH 499, since film, tape and cement splashes are scraped off first.
