A one-room flat takes about three to four hours, a two-room flat four to five, a three-room flat from five hours. Every extra item adds time: the oven, windows or the inside of kitchen cabinets take roughly an hour each.
If the job is planned for more than ten hours, we always send two cleaners. A team of two or three also goes to a house, a large flat, an office and any post-renovation cleaning. This does not change the price: the cost follows the amount of work rather than the number of people — the work simply finishes sooner.
Can one person work well for six to eight hours? Yes, that is a normal pattern in this job: the cleaner plans their own breaks and paces the work. If it becomes clear on site that the scope is larger than expected, the manager can send a second person to help.
Post-renovation cleaning is always finished within one day, even when that means a full working day for the team. You do not have to be there the whole time: open the door at the start, leave the keys with the concierge, or order key delivery for UAH 499.
Blinds are not part of a standard cleaning or of window cleaning. It is separate work, charged by the hour at UAH 499.
The reason is the number of slats. A half-window blind has around fifteen of them; a full French window easily has fifty, and each has to be wiped on both sides. A per-item rate would be unfairly high for one client and pointlessly low for another, so we charge for time.
Horizontal aluminium blinds are the quickest: they can be tilted and wiped on both sides in one movement. Vertical fabric slats are a different job — dust works its way into the fabric, wiping does not help, and they need damp cleaning and time to dry. Wooden blinds tolerate the least moisture and are cleaned almost dry.
Say in advance that you want the blinds done, and tell us roughly how many windows have them. The cleaner will set aside the time instead of squeezing the job into the end of the visit.
If your task does not fit the standard calculator, describe it to the manager and we will price it individually. That is what custom bookings are for.
Typical examples: a flat that stood empty for several years, cleaning before a viewing or a handover to a landlord, a one-off tidy after a party, a hoarded storage room, a photo studio or a showroom between shoots, a rental flat cleaned between guests, or a set of jobs across several addresses.
Such work is normally priced by the hour, with an extra hour at UAH 499, because the amount of work depends on the state of the place rather than on the number of rooms.
To get an accurate quote, send photos of the kitchen, the bathroom and any problem areas in a messenger, and say when you need it done. The manager replies with a fixed price and the number of cleaners the job needs, usually within half an hour. The quote is free and does not commit you to anything.
Yes, and we prefer to say so upfront rather than let you discover it on the day.
Cleaners do not move furniture or heavy objects: they clean around and under what can be reached, but a wardrobe or a sofa stays where it is. We do not wash curtains, and we do not clean chandeliers or ceilings without a stable stepladder. Windows above the second floor are not washed from the outside, and sealed panoramic glazing is cleaned from the inside only.
We do not take away construction debris, old furniture or sanitary ware, and we do not clean up after animals or handle biological waste. Clothes, duvets and leather furniture are outside dry cleaning as well.
Some things are physically impossible rather than refused: yellowed enamel, scratched laminate, grout that has darkened over years and rust in a bath will not come back to new with any product. And some jobs are simply charged separately — blinds, tile joints, the inside of cabinets, ovens and hoods.
As a rule we do not wash ceilings and chandeliers. The reason is practical: cleaners do not carry a stepladder to every booking, and working at height without stable support is unsafe both for the person and for your light fitting.
What is included: cobwebs are removed from corners with a telescopic pole, and light fixtures within arm's reach — wall lights, floor lamps, low shades — are wiped.
It can be arranged separately if you have your own stable stepladder with a platform. Then the cleaner will wash the chandelier or other hard-to-reach places at an hourly rate of UAH 499. Our staff do not climb on folding ladders without support, on chairs or on tables.
Keep in mind that not every shade should be touched. Glass and fabric ones come apart differently, and yellowed plastic will not become white again. Stretch ceilings are wiped only with a dry or barely damp cloth, since pressure and moisture leave marks that cannot be removed afterwards.
We work with professional Cleamen products made in the Czech Republic. They are certified, and each one is made for a specific task: a degreaser for the kitchen, an acidic product for limescale in the bathroom, a neutral one for laminate and wood, a glass cleaner without streaks.
That is why one universal spray cannot replace them. A product that removes baked-on grease will damage a stone worktop, and a product safe for parquet will not touch limescale on a tap.
In homes with children and pets the cleaners use gentler formulas and rinse surfaces thoroughly, and a steam cleaner takes over where chemistry is better avoided altogether: cots, highchairs, mattresses and tile joints.
If someone in the family has an allergy or a surface needs a specific product, leave your own bottles out and tell the cleaner — they will use them, and you pay nothing extra. It is worth mentioning delicate coatings before the visit: natural stone, unsealed wood and matte lacquer all have their own rules.
Write to us in a messenger or call the call centre, and we will give you the phone number of the cleaner assigned to your booking.
It is genuinely useful in a few situations: the cleaner is already on the way and you are running late, you need to pass on the entrance code or the floor, or you want to warn them about a dog behind the door.
For anything else it is faster to write to the manager. Changing the date or time, adding services, questions about the price and complaints about quality are all handled in our system, and the cleaner can neither change the amount nor move the booking.
If the cleaner is late, tell us rather than waiting. Sometimes it is a delay on the previous job, and we will give you a realistic arrival time or send someone else. Any arrangement that affects the price or the scope of work should go through the manager, so that it is recorded in the booking and not lost in a private chat.
Yes. When you book online there is a field for it, and if you order by phone or in a messenger, just name the person you want. We assign that cleaner whenever their schedule allows.
Most requests come after the first visit: you liked how the work was done and want the same person again. That suits us too — a cleaner who already knows your flat, your surfaces and your habits works faster and asks fewer questions.
There are natural limits. A cleaner may be ill, on holiday or already booked for the time you want, and someone who works on the left bank will not be sent across the city for a single visit. In that case the manager offers another time with your cleaner or another cleaner for your time — you decide which matters more.
Being chosen is rewarded: on such repeat bookings the cleaner receives 52 % of the order instead of the usual 50 %.
Balcony windows are counted exactly like the rest of the flat — by sashes. Two sashes that do not reach the floor make one window; a floor-to-ceiling sash is also one window.
In practice: eight sashes on a loggia that do not reach the floor are four windows, and four floor-to-ceiling sashes are also four windows. The price is UAH 350 per window and covers the glass on both sides, the frame and the sill.
Panoramic loggia glazing is counted by the sections that open. In a typical panel-built flat there are usually four to six of them, which is already enough to order window cleaning on its own, without booking a cleaning of the whole flat.
The outer side is washed only where it can be reached safely from inside. If the loggia is sealed shut or the flat is on a high floor with no way to open the frame, we clean the glass from the inside and say so honestly when you book.
Rooms are counted by how you actually use them, not by what the floor plan says. If you rebuilt one room into two, you may still book the flat as a one-room apartment — the price follows the amount of work, not the documents.
A kitchen joined with a living room counts as a room plus a kitchen: there is a cooking area with grease and a living area with dust on the surfaces. A studio is one room and a kitchen.
A walk-in wardrobe, a storage room and a loggia are not counted as separate rooms, but if they need cleaning, mention them in the comment so the cleaner plans the time.
Prices start at UAH 1,950 for a one-room flat, UAH 2,400 for two rooms and UAH 2,850 for three. Square metres matter less than you would think: two flats of the same size differ in work by exactly as many walls, doors and corners as they have.
One window means two sashes that do not reach the floor, or a single sash if it is floor-to-ceiling — one section of a French window. A balcony door counts as one window.
An old frame with two rows of sashes counts as two windows: four glass surfaces have to be washed, plus the space between them, and it takes twice as long as a modern double-glazed unit.
This is the most common misunderstanding when booking, which is why we have a dedicated page with drawings showing how the counting works. If in doubt, send a photo of the room to the manager and you will get the exact number before you confirm anything.
The price of UAH 350 per window covers the glass on both sides, the frame, the sill and the fittings. A window after a renovation or with tape residue costs UAH 499, because the glue and cement are removed with a blade first and only then is the glass washed.
We count bathrooms by the number of separate rooms, not by the number of fittings. If the toilet is in one room and the bath or shower in another, that is two bathrooms. If everything is in one room, it is one, no matter how large it is.
A guest toilet with only a WC and a small basin still counts as a separate room: it has a floor, tiles, a mirror and sanitary ware, all of which take time.
Each bathroom includes the bath or shower cabin, the WC, the basin, taps, mirrors, tiles, open shelves, the towel rail and the floor. Limescale on the glass and the taps is treated with a dedicated product that needs time to work.
Why this matters for the price: bathrooms are the most labour-intensive rooms in a flat after the kitchen, so the calculator asks for their number separately. If you are unsure how to count yours, describe the layout to the manager before booking.
Tiles are always washed: above the kitchen worktop and throughout the bathroom, as part of any standard cleaning from UAH 1,950. The joints between them are a different job.
Grout is porous and absorbs moisture and grease, so wiping it with a cloth changes nothing. Cleaning the joints requires a steam cleaner: steam softens the deposit, and it is then brushed out. That is a separate option for UAH 350, and it has to be requested in advance so the cleaner brings the machine.
What to expect realistically: fresh deposits and greyness come off almost completely. Grout that has been dark for several years, or has mould inside the layer, becomes lighter but never white again — at that point it is a question of replacing the grout, not of cleaning it. We say so before starting rather than after.
Clients usually order the joints together with the shower cabin and the taps, where limescale builds up in exactly the same way.
The professional Kärcher vacuum is an add-on for UAH 699, and it is worth taking in a few specific situations rather than by default.
It makes a real difference on thick carpets and carpeting, where dust settles deep into the pile; in flats with a cat or a dog, where hair is woven into the fabric; and after any building work, where fine dust would simply kill a household machine. In an ordinary flat with hard floors the compact vacuum the cleaner carries is entirely enough.
Because the machine is heavy, it travels by car, so add the option while booking rather than asking on the day — the manager needs to assign a cleaner who drives.
If you have your own vacuum cleaner, the cleaner will happily use it and you pay nothing extra. And if you booked post-renovation cleaning, the professional machine is already included in the price and does not need to be added.
The kitchen takes the longest of any room, and in a standard cleaning it is done in full: worktops, the backsplash, the sink and tap, the outside of the units and handles, the table, the hob, the outside of the appliances, the bin and the floor, including the space along the plinths.
Grease is the reason it takes time. Fresh splashes come off with a degreaser, while a layer that has been baking on the hood or the wall for months needs several passes and a longer soaking time.
The inside of appliances and cupboards is charged separately, because not everyone needs it: the oven for UAH 550, the hood for UAH 399, the fridge for UAH 550, the microwave for UAH 299 and the inside of the kitchen cabinets for UAH 900.
Two things help the result. Clear the worktop of small items so surfaces can be washed as a whole, and tell the cleaner if a stone or wooden surface needs a specific product — some coatings must not meet an acidic cleaner.
We wash windows from both sides, together with the frame, the sill and the fittings. Insect screens are taken off and rinsed separately, and the outer side is cleaned wherever it can be reached safely from inside the flat.
One window costs UAH 350. If you order window cleaning on its own, without cleaning the flat, the minimum is five windows — for a single window the trip does not pay for itself.
What counts as one window: two sashes that do not reach the floor, or a single floor-to-ceiling section. A balcony door counts as one window; an old frame with two rows of sashes counts as two, because there are four glass surfaces and the space between them.
We do not clean windows above the second floor from the outside or panoramic glazing that cannot be opened — that needs rope access. After a renovation a window costs UAH 499, since film, tape and cement splashes are scraped off first.
Same-day bookings are usually possible: if you order in the morning, a cleaner can be at your door within a few hours. Still, the earlier you book, the more freedom you have in choosing the time.
A day ahead is enough for an ordinary flat on a weekday. For Saturday, for the last days of the month and for the end of December, book three or four days in advance — those are the busiest slots in Kyiv, and the convenient morning windows go first.
Large jobs need more notice. Post-renovation cleaning, a house, dry cleaning of several items or a flat that has stood empty for a long time require a team and specific equipment, so plan them about a week ahead.
Moving out is a separate case: agree the date with the landlord first, then book the cleaning for the day before the handover, not for the same morning. It leaves room if the keys are handed over later than planned.
