Yes. When you book online there is a field for it, and if you order by phone or in a messenger, just name the person you want. We assign that cleaner whenever their schedule allows.

Most requests come after the first visit: you liked how the work was done and want the same person again. That suits us too — a cleaner who already knows your flat, your surfaces and your habits works faster and asks fewer questions.

There are natural limits. A cleaner may be ill, on holiday or already booked for the time you want, and someone who works on the left bank will not be sent across the city for a single visit. In that case the manager offers another time with your cleaner or another cleaner for your time — you decide which matters more.

Being chosen is rewarded: on such repeat bookings the cleaner receives 52 % of the order instead of the usual 50 %.
