Custom services

If your task does not fit the standard calculator, describe it to the manager and we will price it individually. That is what custom bookings are for.

Typical examples: a flat that stood empty for several years, cleaning before a viewing or a handover to a landlord, a one-off tidy after a party, a hoarded storage room, a photo studio or a showroom between shoots, a rental flat cleaned between guests, or a set of jobs across several addresses.

Such work is normally priced by the hour, with an extra hour at UAH 499, because the amount of work depends on the state of the place rather than on the number of rooms.

To get an accurate quote, send photos of the kitchen, the bathroom and any problem areas in a messenger, and say when you need it done. The manager replies with a fixed price and the number of cleaners the job needs, usually within half an hour. The quote is free and does not commit you to anything.
