Balcony windows are counted exactly like the rest of the flat — by sashes. Two sashes that do not reach the floor make one window; a floor-to-ceiling sash is also one window.

In practice: eight sashes on a loggia that do not reach the floor are four windows, and four floor-to-ceiling sashes are also four windows. The price is UAH 350 per window and covers the glass on both sides, the frame and the sill.

Panoramic loggia glazing is counted by the sections that open. In a typical panel-built flat there are usually four to six of them, which is already enough to order window cleaning on its own, without booking a cleaning of the whole flat.

The outer side is washed only where it can be reached safely from inside. If the loggia is sealed shut or the flat is on a high floor with no way to open the frame, we clean the glass from the inside and say so honestly when you book.
