Shevchenkivskyi District is the centre and what surrounds it: Lukianivka, Tatarka, Syrets, Shuliavka and Dehtiarivska. It holds more pre-war and post-war housing than any other part of the city — brick buildings with high ceilings, mouldings and large windows. Windows are booked here more often than anywhere else.

High ceilings, mouldings and cornices
In the Stalin-era blocks of Lukianivka and around Lvivska Square dust settles on cornices, top shelves and mouldings, out of reach without a stepladder. We remove cobwebs with a telescopic pole; washing chandeliers and ceilings is hourly work, and it needs a stable stepladder of yours.
Another feature of the district is old wooden sills and floors. They are cleaned without excess water, with a product chosen for the finish rather than a universal one.

Yes, and there is no surcharge for the floor. Climbing stairs is part of the standard price whether it is the third floor or the fifth.
What does cleaning windows in a Stalin-era flat cost?
UAH 350 per window. One window means two sashes that do not reach the floor, or one floor-to-ceiling sash; an old frame with two rows of sashes counts as two windows.
Do you wash mouldings and cornices?
