Windows are washed per unit at 350 UAH, chairs are extracted at 345 UAH each, and carpet costs 130 UAH per square metre.
Shuliavka business centres
Modern business centres are full of glass: partitions, doors, glazed walls in meeting rooms. Glass is cleaned with a streak-free product on every visit, because it shapes the impression of a clean office far more than the floor does.
Access is arranged with building security: for a recurring schedule we issue a permanent pass for the assigned cleaner.
Offices in older buildings
In the Stalin-era blocks of Luk'ianivka the ceilings are high and the windows are large, so window washing is ordered more often here than in new business centres. One window costs 350 UAH, and in a room with two windows the difference in daylight is obvious.
Wooden sills and parquet are cleaned without excess water, with a product chosen for the surface.
What a visit includes
Workstations, the outside of office equipment, floors, the kitchen or coffee point, bathrooms in full, mirrors, glass surfaces and rubbish removal with new bin liners. The inside of the fridge and the microwave are separate items at 550 and 299 UAH.
Schedule
We work outside office hours, early in the morning or in the evening. On a recurring schedule one cleaner is assigned to your address, learns the keys, the alarm codes and your house rules once, and keeps to them. If that person falls ill, the manager warns you in advance and sends a replacement.
Documents
We work under a contract with companies and sole traders. At the end of the month you receive an invoice and a service acceptance act for every visit of the period; payment is by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral and no prepayment.
