Working with old buildings
Floors in Podil lofts are often wood or lacquered concrete, and neither surface tolerates excess water, so they are damp-mopped rather than washed. Tell the manager about the floor type when you book the first visit.
High ceilings mean dust settles on beams, light fittings and top shelves. We remove cobwebs with a telescopic pole; full cleaning of structures at height is charged hourly at 499 UAH.
Coworkings and open spaces
In a coworking space the load falls on the kitchen, the bathrooms and the meeting rooms, which dozens of people use every day. For such premises we set a daily or three-times-a-week schedule and add a deep clean with upholstery treatment once a quarter.
Chairs are cleaned with an extractor at 345 UAH each and carpet at 130 UAH per square metre; drying takes four to eight hours, which is why this work is usually planned for a Friday.

Outside working hours, early in the morning or in the evening. Podil has narrow streets and difficult parking, so cleaners travel by public transport; this affects neither the price nor the start time.
How the paperwork works
For companies and sole traders we prepare a contract with the schedule and the scope of work. Once a month we send an invoice and a service acceptance act covering the whole period. We accept bank transfers only, payment may be deferred by up to 30 days, and there is no advance payment.
If the coworking occupies several floors or sites, the contract stays single while the acts are issued per address.
