In premises with a technical area we agree in writing that the cleaner works in the customer part and not in the workshop: oil and technical fluids are not household soiling and require different chemistry and protective clothing.
Time of the visit
Sites that operate around the clock are cleaned in the quietest hour, usually between three and six in the morning. For ordinary offices the schedule is the usual one: before the working day begins or after it ends.
What a visit includes
Workstations, floors, the entrance area, the kitchen, bathrooms in full, glass doors and partitions, mirrors, and rubbish removal with new bin liners. Office equipment is wiped on the outside and papers on desks are never touched — that is a standing rule for all our office contracts.

Documents
A contract with a company or a sole trader, an invoice and a service acceptance act at the end of the month, and payment by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral. For a chain of locations we sign one contract and issue separate acts per address.
