Anything larger is charged at 30 UAH per square metre, so a 180-square-metre floor comes to 5,400 UAH. Maintenance cleaning for premises up to 300 m² costs 5,299 UAH, and each extra hour of work is 499 UAH.
Window washing (350 UAH per window), upholstery cleaning for office chairs (345 UAH each) and carpet extraction (130 UAH per square metre) are ordered separately.
When we come
Cleaning happens outside working hours: early in the morning before the office opens, or in the evening once the last employee has left. In Pechersk business centres this is arranged with building security — the cleaner is added to the permanent pass list so that no one has to issue a one-off pass every time.
For offices inside the residential buildings of Lypky we arrange access through the concierge. Key pick-up and return costs 499 UAH.
What a visit includes
Desks and workstations, the outside of office equipment, floors in rooms and corridors, the kitchen or coffee point, the sink and the outside of the dishwasher, bathrooms in full, mirrors, glass partitions and doors, and rubbish removal with new bin liners.
Glass partitions deserve a separate mention: modern Pechersk offices have a lot of them, and handprints show on glass more than on any other surface. We clean them with a streak-free product on every visit.
Meeting rooms and client areas
If the office has meeting rooms used by visitors, it is worth adding upholstery cleaning once a quarter: chairs at 345 UAH each and carpet at 130 UAH per square metre. In a room where clients sit every day, fabric greys faster than the floor does.
Contract and payment
With companies we work under a written contract that fixes the visit schedule, the scope of work and the prices. At the end of the month we issue a single invoice covering every visit of the period together with a service acceptance act. Payment is by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral, and we take no prepayment.
Landlords and property managers usually prefer one contract for several addresses: a single invoice, separate acts per location.
