Old plumbing adds another detail: even after new taps are fitted, limescale returns quickly. It is removed with an acidic product left to work.
Vynohradar and Mostytskyi
In new buildings the main job is the glazing: film comes off each section and mortar is scraped with a blade before the glass is washed. The second is kitchen units, which keep sawdust after installation.

A 50 m² flat takes five to seven hours, 70 m² eight to ten. The job always closes in one day; a team of two or three goes to a large flat.
What stays with the contractor
Removal of construction waste, dismantling of leftover structures and façade work are not ours. We arrive after the heavy material has gone, otherwise the cleaners work around sacks and the result suffers.
How to prepare
Before the team arrives, take out leftover building materials and clear the way into the rooms. If furniture is already in part of the flat, say so — the cleaner will allow time to work around it.
