Holosiivskyi district means office towers along Nauky and Holosiivskyi avenues, IT companies on Teremky near Vystavkovyi Tsentr metro, and Academy of Sciences institutes that rent out whole floors. Rates
The price follows the area: up to 40 m² it is 1,950 UAH, up to 80 m² it is 2,850 UAH, up to 100 m² it is 3,299 UAH, and above that 30 UAH per square metre. A 300-square-metre floor comes to 9,000 UAH per visit, or 5,299 UAH if you need the maintenance format without deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms.
Open space
Three things matter in a large open floor: the desks, the floor between the rows and the kitchen. Desks are wiped around the equipment, the floor is washed across the whole area rather than only in the aisles, and the kitchen is taken apart completely — sink, worktop, cabinet fronts, microwave.
For a floor with more than thirty workstations we send two cleaners, which brings the shift down to two or three hours instead of six.
A green district and its pollen
Holosiivskyi forest and the botanical garden nearby mean pollen in spring and leaves in autumn. Window sills and ventilation grilles gather dust faster in that period, so between April and June many clients move from two visits a week to three.
Windows are ordered separately at 350 UAH each. For floor-to-ceiling glazing on upper floors we work from the inside only.
Meeting rooms and waiting areas
Fabric-covered furniture in meeting rooms greys faster than people expect: after six months of daily use a light chair is visibly darker on the armrests. Cleaning one chair costs 345 UAH and a sofa in the waiting area starts at 1,600 UAH, with a minimum upholstery order of 1,399 UAH.
Schedule and access
Cleaning runs before nine in the morning or after seven in the evening. In the Teremky business centres access is arranged through reception, and in the institute buildings through the pass office; either takes one working day.
Documents
A contract, a monthly invoice and a service acceptance act. Payment is by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral and no prepayment. Several rented floors can run under one contract with separate acts.
