Old stock: what we watch for
In Stalin-era and pre-war buildings the dust settles on mouldings, cornices and top shelves after a renovation — out of reach without a stepladder. We take it off with a telescopic pole, and work at height is charged by the hour, provided you have a stable stepladder.
Parquet and wooden sills are cleaned without excess water: the gaps absorb it and a board can lift at the edge. The cleaner warns about this before starting.
What is included
Construction dust from every surface, traces of glue, paint, primer and filler from floors, tiles, glass and sanitary ware, floors washed in several passes, the bathroom and kitchen cleaned in full, and small waste carried out in bags.
Accepting the work
Check the glass, the tile joints and the floor in the corners first — the three places where leftovers of a renovation show most clearly. If something was missed, write the same day with photos and the team returns free of charge.
