Dniprovskyi district rests on two points: the business cluster near Livoberezhna metro with the exhibition centre and its hotels, and the Darnytsia industrial belt, where former workshops have been converted into warehouses, showrooms and small production units. The requests here differ from the Pechersk ones — instead of private offices you mostly find open floors, showrooms and staff facilities.
Premises up to 40 square metres cost 1,950 UAH per visit, up to 80 m² it is 2,850 UAH, and up to 100 m² it is 3,299 UAH. Everything larger is charged at 30 UAH per square metre, so a 250-square-metre warehouse with an office section comes to 7,500 UAH. Maintenance cleaning for areas up to 300 m² costs 5,299 UAH per visit and an extra hour is 499 UAH.
Where the floor is bare concrete, the main task is collecting dust rather than washing: it settles in an even layer and rises again every time a forklift drives through. We go over the floor with a professional vacuum (699 UAH if the machine is ours) and only then with a damp mop.
A showroom needs something different: display glass, mirrors and every surface at eye level. That work is quick but daily, because display windows lose their look within a day.
Wherever a shift works, the kitchen, the changing room and the showers get dirty fastest. We put them on a separate schedule, daily or every other day, while the office section is cleaned twice a week. Cleaning the inside of a fridge costs 550 UAH and a microwave 299 UAH.
The industrial belt is spread out and harder to reach by public transport than the centre, so morning visits start no earlier than seven. There is no distance surcharge — the district is inside the service zone with no coefficient.
Desks and the outside of equipment, floors in the office section and corridors, glass doors and partitions, the kitchen, bathrooms in full, mirrors, and rubbish removal with new bin liners. Anything beyond that list — window washing, upholstery cleaning, post-renovation work — is a separate item, and the manager agrees it before the visit rather than after.
On a recurring schedule we assign one person to the address: they learn where the supply cupboard is, how the alarm is set and what your rules are about papers on desks. That matters more than it sounds — in a showroom or a warehouse half the job is putting nothing out of place.
We work under a contract with companies and sole traders. The invoice and the service acceptance act are issued once a month for all visits of the period, and payment is by bank transfer with up to 30 days deferral. We take no prepayment.
