In such cases we price a standard flat cleaning plus a few hours for the renovated area — cheaper than the per-square-metre rate across the whole flat. The manager compares both options from photos.
New builds along the ring road
An unfinished flat after a renovation means film on the glazing, glue residue on tiles and sawdust inside built-in units. Panoramic sections are counted separately; if the building has temporary wiring, mention it in advance.
What is included
Dust from every surface including the tops of wardrobes, reveals, radiators and skirting boards; traces of glue, paint, primer and filler from floors, tiles, glass and sanitary ware; film and tape removed from windows; floors washed in several passes; the bathroom and kitchen cleaned in full.
Timing and access
A 58 m² flat takes seven to eight hours, 78 m² a full day for a team of two. You need not be present: leave the keys with family or order delivery.
What is not included
Removal of construction waste, dismantling of structures, façade washing and work at height without stable support. Sacks and broken tiles are the contractor's job; small waste in bags is ours.
What to check on acceptance
Glass without film, the grout between tiles, floors in corners, reveals and sills. If something was missed, write the same day with photos and we return free of charge.
