What the team does
We remove construction dust from every surface: the tops of wardrobes, radiators, window reveals, skirting boards, door frames and light fittings. Traces of glue, expanding foam, filler and paint come off floors, tiles, glass and sanitary ware — with a blade where a cloth cannot cope.
Floors are washed in several passes, because the dust keeps rising after a renovation and one pass settles nothing. The bathroom and kitchen are cleaned in full.
New blocks by the embankment
In unfinished flats the main task is the glazing: film comes off every section and mortar is scraped from the frames before the glass is washed. The second is built-in kitchen units, which keep fine sawdust after installation.
If the building still runs on temporary wiring, say so in advance: a powerful vacuum trips the breaker, and the cleaner will plan the work around the available power.
Minskyi Masyv panel blocks
Here the work is usually cosmetic: new wallpaper, replaced doors, a refreshed bathroom. In that case we reduce the price — sometimes it is cheaper to book a deep cleaning with a few extra items instead. Send the manager photos and both options will be quoted.
How long it takes
A one-room flat takes five to seven hours, a two-room flat of 60–70 m² eight to ten. Post-renovation cleaning is always finished within one day, so a large job starts in the morning. You need not be present: the keys can stay with the concierge.
Construction waste
Sacks of mixes, broken tiles, plasterboard and old windows are not taken away — that is a separate service with a van and loaders. Small waste in bags we carry out ourselves. If the heavy material is still in the flat, it is better to move the cleaning by a day or two.
