What don't you clean?

We do not clean curtains, duvets, pillows, clothes or leather furniture. Textiles like these belong in a washing machine or a traditional dry cleaner's, and leather needs conditioning rather than water extraction — done wrong, it dries out and cracks.

Rugs are cleaned in your home, on the floor where they lie. We do not collect them and take them to a workshop, so a rug that needs full immersion washing is not a job for us.

Removable covers are not laundered either: they go into your washing machine according to the manufacturer's instructions, while the foam underneath is cleaned on the spot by extraction.

We also avoid antique and delicate upholstery — silk, unlined velvet, furniture with a wooden frame that must not get wet. If you are unsure, send a photo of the label and of the fabric to the manager before booking, and you will get a straight answer instead of a damaged sofa.
