We use professional Kärcher equipment for dry cleaning upholstered furniture, mattresses, rugs and carpeting. The machine sprays a solution into the fabric under pressure and immediately extracts it together with the dissolved dirt.

That is the key difference from wiping or vacuuming. Dirt in a sofa is not on the surface: it sits in the filling, and only extraction pulls it back out. A vacuum takes dust off the top, and a cloth simply moves stains around.

All the work is done at your home. Nothing is taken to a workshop, so furniture is not dismantled, carried down the stairs or returned days later — the whole job usually takes two to four hours.

Large orders — an office with a dozen chairs, several rugs in a house — are handled by a team with two machines so that the work does not stretch over an entire day. Furniture stays damp for four to eight hours afterwards, and an open window shortens that considerably.
