What are the guarantees?

We cannot promise that every stain will disappear, and we prefer to say so before the work rather than after it. What we do guarantee is honesty about the outcome and a proper technical process.

What usually comes out completely: fresh food and drink spills, coffee and tea, pet marks, grease from hands and hair, general greying of the fabric and the smell that goes with it. What often does not: old dye, ink, paint, hair colour, rust, sun-bleached patches and stains that were already treated with the wrong product at home.

The cleaner examines the item before starting and tells you which marks are likely to go and which will only fade. That assessment is made in advance, so you can decide whether the job is worth it.

If the result clearly does not match what was agreed, write to us the same day and we will come back to it. After a week the fabric has been used again and an objective assessment is no longer possible.
